Free tea and coffee delivered to your room on demand is the main perk of the butler service, but they are on call to fulfill all your requests. Hotel is directly connected to the BTS Sky train system at the Ratchadamri station. My mid range room had a large bathroom with tub and bath salts, hardwood floors, and Thai treats every day placed on the table. On my prior stay in a metropolitan suite, my room came with a beautiful standalone tub. Everyone seems genuinely pleased to be there and be of service, and I would highly recommend this hotel as an entree to the St. Regis brand, given the relatively reasonable price points for this caliber of hotel.More

Fabulous Hotel
We stayed at the St Regis for three nights at the end of August, upon arrival, we were told that we had been given a room upgrade to a deluxe double suite, it was amazing, with views over the swimming pool and the city.
The Staff were so helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.
Taxis were hailed for us, doors opened with a friendly greeting and smile.
Can thoroughly recommend coffee and cake in the lounge too.
The outdoor pool we used in the evening after a day of sightseeing, again helpful staff, even laying out a towel on the sunbed and fetching bottled water for free, the views over the city were just amazing.
Great choice of food for breakfast and tables were cleared very quickly.
All in all a great hotel, one of the best I have stayed in and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful trip in Bangkok
Everything was in good handling starting from the limo pick up at airport. The suite room was excellent. This time travelled with 2 kids and St. Regis arranged a camping tent for the kids! I have been stayed in a lot of hotels but this was the first time that a hotel has such kind of arrangement. What a big surprise!

The tea set was nice and inexpensive compare to other 5 stars Hotel. Food is delicious, the red wine goose liver tart (sort of) is a must try item in this set.

Location is convenience as it is next to the BTS station. Overall this was a wonderful experience!

Great hotel in Bangkok
I just finished a 9 day stay in Bangkok and stayed at the St Regis. I was very happy with the entire experience. Upon arrival after a 24 hours trip I was taken directly to my room - no front desk stop - awesome experience. The hotel is very centrally located to the BTS Train Station, plenty of cabs and within walking distance of a number of great things to see and eat. The room was large, tastefully decorated in a modern style and quite. The entire staff was very professional and eager to help. My package contained a breakfast buffet - the spread they put out each day was great and I usually ended up not eating lunch because there was so much food for breakfast. I also ate at Zuma - awesome meal 0 I highly recommend this restaurant. The only minor issue that I had is cell phone reception in my room was not very reliable so, I had to go to the lobby to take/make phone calls - but, that got me out of the room a little more.

Very good and would be Perfect if only the staff were consistent
I stayed here in August on a business trip. The hotel is pleasant and has a good feel. The welcome from teddy on the bell team was excellent, the transition to a well appointed room good and everything else well run. The comments on the pool being small are accurate but perhaps a little unfair - it was nice and well served. The spa and restaurants were good and on a par with other 5 star hotels.

I was going to give it five stars but for the check out. As an spg gold member my ticket said premium internet but apparently I wrongly could only have this or a welcome drink. Foolishly they insisted on charging for the Internet despite the gold status. I'm not sure why but that was the worst 400bht they earned. I won't be back.

Keep an eye on the big picture and you will do fine.

Nice Hotel in a convenient location
Good hotel with comfortable rooms and nice Bathroom. Enjoyed the tub and was nice to have the toilet in a separate part of the bathroom . Went for breakfast but could not find eggs. Not sign or any mention of how to obtain them. Location was easy to get to on the Sky Train. Totally black out in the room for sleeping in late.
