We are Le CLub Plaza members with Plaza Athenee and decided to use one of our set dinner vouchers and chose Reflexions based on its reviews and the delectable set dinner menu.

This is truly a romantic setting with a Cello and Piano player in the background with some amazing pictures of French sceneries broadcasted on the rear wall - what more could you want!

The service is very attentive without it being over bearing.

We will be back again and rate this restaurant as one of the top in Bangkok for French and European food.

Well done again to the Plaza Athenee team!

We had a wonderfull evening in this restaurant. Impeccable and very friendly service, delicious food, beautifull dining room and the chef who found the time, although the restaurant seemed fully booked, to visit us three times during dinner to discuss the quality of the food that was served. He litterally asked what could be improved! Chapeau!! In Holland he would deserve ar least one Michelin Star! Do hope to come back!!

We chose to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary at Reflexions and it exceeded our expectations by every standard. We had contacted the restaurant to give them a heads up on my husbands gluten free diet and in doing so, let them know that this was to be a special night for us. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive, without intruding on our evening, the room tasteful and chic, but oh my, the food!!! Chef Daniel Bucher has created a menu of such excellence which is at once challenging and comforting. The style is essentially french with subtle flavours and beautiful presentation, but it is chef himself who makes the whole restaurant come alive. He brought the amuse bouche to a whole new level (sorry about the barbeque comment Daniel), with the use of a hot stone and herbs. Delivered by Daniel himself, with his team, this set the taste bubs tingling. The starters and mains were stunning with a combination of the simplicity of good simple ingredients with cooking skills which broughtt out every bit of flavour each item possessed. The magic trick with the sorbet was cool too ( sorry for the pun). Finally, the treat prepared for us to celebrate our anniversary, the beautiful fruit plate means that we didn't explore what looked like the most amazing dessert menu, so for that reason alone, we will have to return to Bangkok, unless Chef Bucher decides to return to Europe so that more people can appreciate, not just his cooking, but his wonderful manner as a host and his attitude to food.

I have seen my fair share of exceptional restaurants across the globe. I heard from a friend that a new noteworthy chef was at Reflexions, so when I visited Bangkok the other week, I had to check it out. The food, the wine and the service were exceptional. It really is an understatement to call it food, it is an experience. It started off with a special kind an Amuse-bouche, which balanced taste and smell very well. The porcini soup with truffle and the fois gras were just excellent. The plate cleanser had molecular influences. The wagyu beef was tender and flavorful. The experience exceeded our high exceptions. We will definitely be returning.
