Nice hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Walking distance to platinum mall, big C. Morning n night market just downstairs the hotel. There is a massage shop next to the hotel but always full of customer.

Simple breakfast provided. No problem to connect to room wifi, can have more than one person connect at same time. Love the king size bed.

To get an idea of what the surrounding area of the hotel looks like, watch the video: http://www.budacco.com/location.php

Upon arriving from the airport, ask the driver to call the hotel to get directions as the hotel is difficult to find. You can also print the instructions in thai that they have on their website and show it to the driver.

The hotel is located at the end of an alley that has indian restaurants, which some call little india. The hotel is very clean and safe (they have a safety deposit box in the room). They also ask for 1000 baht deposit upon check-in so brinv extra cash for that. They also prefer mastercard. They dont accept american express. Note that in bangkok, cash is king so dont expect to use your credit card much.

The breakfast has six viands, two salads, cereals, fruits and bread with jam and butter. It is very tasty! The satff is very friendly and always laughing so its nice to arrive at the hotel after a long day of shopping because the receptionist, including the guards, are very accomodating. One time, the staff even agreed to escort us to baiyoke so that we would not get lost. They are also good in english so you wont have a hard time communicating with the receptionists.

They have a brouchure that you can select. They also provided us with a complementary half day khlongs tour so be sure to ask them if you have a free tour as well so you dont double book. :) be sure to book online because they charge a little bit more for walk in guests.

We spent a night, looking for a cheap/reasonable b&b in a central location, clean and basic and it was exactly what we expected and more.
A bit hard to find even though we had a map the taxi driver called them for directions and they were helpful enough to guide him.
The place was clean, the girls in the reception were super helpful and kind, they helped with suitcases, getting a taxi to the airport the next day, wake up call and even fixed us breakfast to go for our flight early in the morning. It's amazing how a true smile can upgrade a place. Very recommended !

Stayed there recently after reading gd reviews for this place. The hotel is located at the end of a small alley and can be hard to find, our taxi driver had trouble locating it the 1st day when we arrived. The room was clean, and they had a small red bag with fruits placed on the bed for chinese new year, it was really nice that they were so thoughtful. Though i felt that the bed and pillows were too hard for me. After the first night, i was aching all over. The receptionist were helpful and friendly. I did not get her name, but one of the female receptionist was extra cheerful even when we went back late after a shopping trip she was all smiles and greeted us with enthusiasm.

The hotel is also near a night market which lots to shop , eat and massages. It is also located near the platinum mall, we took a taxi on the 1st day and it only cost us less than 40 baht, dont get cheated by tuk tuk or taxi drivers who will quote u more than 150 baht.

Room Tip: As many others have said, the lift only stops at the 7th level, its a small flight of stairs to the 8th level but it is quite narrow and steps are quite high. It can get a little difficult for the elderly or after a long day of shopping.

I stayed in budacco for 5 nights with my wife. Its located on busy street and u have to walk into the alley in order to reach the hotel. The room is preety big and quite clean. Good place to stay if you are on budget. The location also quite strategic, platinum mall just within 10 mins walk, u can go to siam paragon inless than 15 mins by tuk2. There are plenty of street hawkers along the street so you dont need to worry getting hungry. The only drawback is you have to walk into small alley to reach the hotel so its quite troublesome if you bring lot of baggages. Overall i will recommend you this hotel if you travel on budget.
