we enjoyed our stay very much in BangkokLoftInn. The building is quite new , the room is clean & spacious equipped with basic amenities like safety box, tv , mini refrigerator , hair dryer ,kettle & self adjust air-cond, toilet is clean & well maintained , what I like the most is the huge double bed which is soft & comfy. The staff is very helpful & attentive , one of the helper has quickly hand us 2 umbrellas to us when come to know we are going out for dinner on a rainy day , without us asking it ! Location is good with walking distance to 7-eleven , local market which you can find cheap & delicious local food , the nearest BTS - Wong WianYai is abt 7-10mins walk from the hotel. eventhrough it was not located within the shopping district - Siam but we find it no issue with the traveling up & down as we can escape from the busy streets but still managed to get what we needs.we will definitely come back to BangkokLoftInnfor our next visit to BKK.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Saphan Taksin is abt 2-3 station down to catch water taxi to place like Grand Palace , Wat Arun & enjoy the view of chaophaya river, but watch out for tourist trap at central pier where you will be offer 300B -200B for a river taxi which you can look for the long boat with the local people with only 15B. going right from the entrance you will find local market whcih you can get cheap & delicious local food especially the hotpot glassnoodle with seafood that only open at night

Room Tip: Just inform Bob via your preference via email & he will do his best to meet your request.

A great value, the Bangkok Loft Inn provided me excellent service, location (near Skytrain stop), free wifi, and a very good breakfast that was inclusive. The staff was always helpful. The spoke English sufficiently and answered any questions we had. They were able to get us a taxi to take us to a certain location, after numerous denials on our own requests and theirs. They even provided us a boxed breakfast for our early morning departure. Rooms were clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the porridge with egg and fresh fruit available at breakfast. Although it's location far from the city center, the Skytrain stop is only a 5 minute walk away, and an excellent way to get around the city. I will definitely return on my next visit to Bangkok.

Room Tip: Rooms near the street may be bit noisy if you're late morning riser and a light sleeper.

We stayed in April 2012 for a three day trip to Bangkok. We were two adults and two children (7,11). We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel was clean, the rooms were well appointed. We could walk to the train station in about 10 minutes and from there it was only two stops to the ferry boats. Taxis were also very easy to get in front of the hotel. The only drawback we found was that at night there were not too many food options near to the hotel. We were exhausted (and hot) after a day out exploring and just wanted to grab something quick for dinner but that was not so easy. However, we will definitely be going back to Bangkok and would stay and the Bangkok Loft Inn again. EXCELLENT value for money!!

Just returned home after 3 weeks in thailand and out of all the hotels the bangkok loft inn had the best service and value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were lovely and clean. The only downside was that it isn't very central so for people that are in bangkok for the nightlife prob best to stay closer to ko sang road unless wanting to pay 100 baht taxi into town. There is a skyline station just round the corner which is very easy to use and cheap so during the day getting into town is not a problem.
Would definitely stay here again!!!!

I need to say that it was my first hotel in Asia so far so i was really surprised by the quality standard when we arrived.
I stayed only one night there but it was perfect to recover from the jet lag.
The room was perfectly clean, hot shower, wifi was available and this was really quiet.
The location is a bit far from the "center" but the area is very local and safe and the food pretty cheap around.
The hotel is easily accessible with the skytrain.
Maybe try to have a map when you arrive with a taxi. Mine was quite confused and we spent lot of time trying to find the hotel.
Breakfast is quite expensive though.
