Great staff and very clean rooms! We were there for 3 nights and had a great time. The bed was so comfy and the shower was very very good!

The staff (Bob and any of the ladies working there) there was wonderful and we got a free ride from the airport to the hotel.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was close to the skytrain station and from the skytrain station you can take the water ferry (for 14baht) and go to Wat Arun, Grand Palace, and Wat Pho.

Room Tip: Try to ask for rm 201. Away from the streets

The best thing about this hotel was the superb service that the staff provided. They were so friendly, so helpful and spoke English very well. Nothing was too much for them and they helped us out with all of our tourist questions. They recommended a massage place to us, which was just a few minutes walk away - 220 baht per person for TWO hours. Amazing massage, best we had in Thailand. The sky train was 5 minutes around the corner, very easy to get around. But we used taxis a lot anyway, as they were just as cheap. We loved our time in Bangkok, it was opressively hot, but had a wonderful time, and our stay at Bangkok Loft Inn made things that much better.

The rooms are nice and modern, the bed is comfy.

The only grip is that if you have an outside facing room, the traffic from the street below can be noisy. It didn't bother us however as we were so tired and exhausted. It could affect sleep quality of light sleepers though.

Thank you to the wonderful team at Bangkok Loft Inn and if we are in Bangkok again, we would stay here without a questions.

Free WIFI and free breakfast was a great bonus.

Room Tip: Take the inside facing room, for a quieter sleep.

We arrived yesterday night and this was our introduction to Bangkok!
Very nice and clean rooms. Good service, and compared to the price, best value for money I have spent.
Pat, the woman from the reception ( I don't know if she's the owner, but she sure acts like she cares ) gave us a short explanation of what's near and where to go, and was kind enough to come outside with us , stop a tuk tuk and talk with him about the price of the ride. Very caring feeling!
Also, they picked us up from the airport to the hotel for free!
To conclude our experience, don't think twice and book this lovely hotel!

Found this place on tripadvisor...definitely lives upto all expectations, and more
Clean, cool, spacious, modern. Excellent breakfast, good to have wifi/computers
Staff fantastic - always smiling, very helpful
Great value for money - booked direct for 1200/night plus free airport pick up (much needed!)
Location...not particularly touristy but not a problem either. Safe, short walk to skytrain (used that loads). Not sure if there is a central place to stay anyway. Only very minor negative is lack of decent restaurants around hotel - one night we just wanted some cheap, non street food and couldnt find any. 7/11 just down road though
Would definitely stay again

the hotel picked us up from the airport on time, this was included in the very resonable price.
on arrival we were greeted by very freindly staff who let us have the room as soon as we arrived it was only 9am in the morning so was very grateful after a long flight.
the hotel staff were very helpful and suggested places to eat go for a massage and how to get about on the sky train.
Breakfast was very good and after travelling around Thailand was one of the best. We returned on our way home also for 2 nights.

Room Tip: ask for a room at the back away from the main roa.

This hotel is simply awesome! I was greeted by the very friendly hotel reception staff and a very smiley hotel staff took our luggage and escorted us to our rooms. I was extremely impressed when I walked into the room, the smell was heavenly, like all the linens had just been freshly washed, the room looked very warm and cozy, the bed was HUGE, my partner just couldn't resist having a lie down on it straight away and it was so comfortable! The airconditioning was good and silent, and we even had a flat screen LCD TV. Bathroom was a lil small but it was enough, with all daily necessities provided.

The hotel has it's own map of Bangkok and it was extremely useful. I know some other Tripadvisor users have complained about the distance of the hotel from the train station and to the City centre, but it wasn't a problem to us at all. The train station is situated only about a leisurely 5 mins walk away from the hotel, and it was very convenient for us to just take a train directly into the city, which takes about 15 mins.

The reception staff, which I think was the owner of the hotel, was extremely helpful and friendly! She booked a tour to the floating markets for us and arranged for a driver to take us around sightseeing, which was great for us as we've never visited outside of Bangkok city before. She was also on hand to answer any of our queries and made us feel very important and valued throughout our stay.

Overall, we'd definitely go back to Bangkok Loft Inn during our yearly Bangkok trip, as we doubt we'd be able to find another hotel which offers better service, or more comfortable rooms as this. The rates for this hotel is also unbeatable as we only ended up paying about 130USD for 4 nights stay. For the kind of quality we got out of our experience, I don't think I'd be able to find a better hotel in Bangkok.

Our only problem with this hotel would be that more people would find out about this hidden gem...and it would be fully booked the next time we wanna stay here!

This was my first visit to Thailand and being welcomed by the staff at Bangkok Loft Inn was great! They collect you from the airport for free - and show you around while driving through Bangkok! The hotel is basic however its everything you need for a few days in Bangkok. As other people have said the sky train is nearby and great (also has a/c which is awesome!).

Overall I cannot rate this hotel enough! The location was a little further out, however for a peaceful side of Bangkok it was perfect! I would most def go back again and would also like to say a BIG thank you to all the staff who always greeted you when you came in through the front door and ALWAYS offered to negotiate a rate with the tuk tuk and taxi drivers! Will be going back for sure! :-)
