Simply put, Bangkok Patio is the best serviced apartment I've stayed in anywhere in Bangkok. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, spacious and immaculately clean. The service is incredible. And the location is refreshingly authentic: removed from the tourist circuses of Silom and Sukhumvit, but only a short tuktuk or skytrain ride to the center of the action. Business travelers like myself will appreciate some additional amenities, including individual high-speed wireless routers in each room and free use of the hotel's washing machines and driers, that you'll rarely find elsewhere and which make life much more efficient on a day-to-day basis.
Overall, I recommend this place for long-stay business and leisure travelers who have a little Bangkok experience. Short-term and newbie tourists, by contrast, might find the area challenging: shopping and spa services in the area are limited, and as far as I can tell, there isn't a single bona fide travel agent in the immediate vicinity (although reception can help with booking of a narrow range of services). Basically, this place is really designed much more as an apartment for long-term expats, families and business travelers, not as a landing pad for tourists, and especially those that are coming to party. It works much better as a home than as a hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here as the room is spacious, clean and new. Free wi-fi and shuttle service provided to the Bts nearby which is only 5minutes walking distance. Nice pool and gym. Great value for money.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, the staff were great and they allowed an early check-in and also a late check-out. The apartments are new, clean and very homely. Each apartment has a fully functional kitchen and they offer great room service at market prices. We offered the food a few times and it was always good and arrived at your door within 30 minutes. Swimming pool is great and the free tuktuk service is really handy. It is a bit out of the way BUT great value for money if travelling with kids.
Room tip: They higher the better.

This place is a total hidden gem of Bangkok! its a little far from the main road and shops but that isnt really an issue as the the place provides you with a free Tuk Tuk service to and from the train station which is on the main road so you can easily catch a taxi and if you ask nicely the local supermarket too!!, the train is super cheap - to the main shopping square about 25-30 BHAT = 60p(uk) . The apartment it self is spacious and clean - 2 bedrooms one with an ensuite and the other with a separate bathroom, kitchen is small but more than enough. Great for a long holiday or short - you can even rent the place out for months if you want!! The staff are really friendly and extremely helpful if you need anything just ask! I would highly recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again!!

I stayed in this hotel from 07 Jul-12 to 27 Jul-12 and found it very comfortable. The staff is really helpful and takes good care of you. Prompt Service, excellent facilities, NO CHARGE for using the Laundromat. They also help you in food delivery as they keep fliers handy. The local THAI food is amazing. Excellent place for couples travelling with young children. Very Safe and Secure Place. Owners are so humble and caring. I saw the regularly visiting the hotel and keeping a vigil on the Operations and Staff is equally humble and helping. Our TUK TUK driver was very helpful.
Room tip: Take Studio Room on TOP floor....Very Green Surroundings... BTS is very near.

[+]clean room, spacious room(in a good price), quite - because most guests are long-stay customers, good gym, good swimming pool, spacious sun bathing area, nice owner and staffs especially the main gate guard, good location near to bts (but still providing shuttle van!)...
[-]too simple toiletries, not much restuarants near by, a bit week for internet connections...
Room tip: choose the one with big balcony if available or if you're a group of 3-4
