Located just next to the Siam BTS station and across the road from the Siam Paragon and Siam Center malls, Siam Square is a bustling collection of various shopping malls and streets all-in-one. From major brands like Converse and Nike to smaller local cosmetic and clothing brands, you'll find a wide variety of products and services in Siam Square.

We particularly enjoyed the small but bustling outdoor shopping street located just next to the main entrance where there were a large variety of street stores selling everything from clothes to souvenirs to knick knacks and food.

A slightly different experience from the usual Siam Paragon and Siam Center mega malls. Worth a quick visit if you're in the Siam area.

Had a chance to walk around to look at stuff and found a nice local food place that was value for money. Had great pork belly dish and tom yum kung which has plenty of prawns in there.

Anything and everything you could need or want is found in this area. Take a good pair of walking shoes, a pile of cash and be prepared to spend. Full of locals & tourists as it's shopping heaven!

Our baptism to Bangkok more 15 yrs ago was at Siam Square, our hotel being at the center of the area. Over the years it continuously changes and our very recent visit saw a former popular area being renovated (where Hard Rock used to be). What remained constant is the Watson's shop towards MBK - which is convenient. Many cars and taxis use the square for short cuts especially when it borders very busy avenues...
Shops are geared towards the young and hip but it does not deter oldies like us to enjoy some of the shops for unique finds...

My school is in the Pathumwan District. So the nearest popular place is siam. After school I always go to siam with my friends for eat dinner, shopping and relax. In my opinion siam is the most modern place in the Pathumwan District because it has many restaurant, shopping center, game center and etc.

It is a whole different world. A number of shopping malls interconnected - Siam paragon, Siam center, Siam discovery, MBK and more. You need days to see all of them. Also, good walking shoes (and stamina) are needed.

So many different types of shopping malls around and all have a different style. Our daughter enjoyed the Hello Kitty Cafe at Siam Square One; I liked Siam Center and Siam Discovery; my wife was hunting child clothes at MBK - and there is much more...
