The hotel is located near BTS Chitlom, very convenient. Check in process is fast and smooth and we were assigned with connecting room know we are traveling as a family. We will be returning back to this hotel for our next vacation.

Thank to all the staff of the Renaissance Hotel specially Piter, the receptionist, who have us a very nice welcome and the concierge who arranged a great Massage!
Our stay was very short very placent.

Outstanding accommodations...the bed, the sheets, the pillows, everything about the room was excellent.

The pool and work out room are excellent.

The entire staff was terrific.

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of the retail district.

As a hotel that positions itself in the higher tier 4 of stars I’d say I’ve had better stays at Fairfield and court yards.

Firstly was told by front desk that this hotel “does not offer upgrades to elite members”. Was offered a gashapon to win points instead.

Room has visible damage on woods. Towels were dirty (grey) - had to change them out. Only 1 power socket works. No USB plugs in room at all.

Bedroom slippers were of the lowest quality, paper thin.

Breakfast was decent, typical buffet fare. No water served upfront upon seating, had to request for it.

Please accept our sincere apology for the disappointing experience you had with us, clearly we failed to deliver what we are usually expect as a minimum from ourselves.

I am sorry if our team has responded to your request of an upgrade in such way that it was understood as if we would not provide complimentary upgrades to our Elite members. The very contrary is actually the case as we provide numerous upgrades to our Elite members on daily basis. Unfortunately sometimes the number of arriving Elite members is exceeding the number of available suites, therefore we are not able to provide complimentary upgrades to all our Elite members on such days. My sincere apology that we haven't been able to provide this upon this stay, but I would like to offer to reach out to me directly prior your next stay to ensure that we can pre-block one for you.

We have shared and reviewed your additional comments with the team and will take actions wherever possible.

Once again, we appreciate your comments and loyalty and hope being able to provide you with a better stay during your next trip to Bangkok.

Amazing service!! I can't appreciate the hotel staff enough - I lost my credit card and most of my money 2 days before arriving at this hotel.

The hotel staff did everything they could and explained the process of deposit, payment, check-out etc., so that I could cancel my card ASAP. Love their service.

In the picture, you could see that the staff left a cute note. I felt really bad as I could not tip her due to a bad travel incident. I'd like to appreciate Wasinee's kind gesture, nevertheless.

Location is great as well and it is extremely close to other malls and connected so you need not brave the rain (in case it does).
