This hotel is located very conveniently near Lumpini Park and plenty of transportation. Staff is excellent with extra special attention to detail. Stayed on he Club floor, and in typical Renaissance fashion, I was pampered.

a standard 5 star hotel you can imagine anywhere. recommended for its great location (just 2 minutes from BTS Chit Lom).

Room Tip: high floor rooms are with a better view.

This hotel is a short walk to the Skytrain and also a short walk to multiple shopping areas including Gaysorn Plaza, Central World and Siam Paragon. It is so conveniently located that it is a real joy to stay in this area.

The Modern Decor is great and I loved the elevators and the mirrors that encased them. The entire hotel is classy from top to bottom. The rooms are also modern and stunning.

The breakfast was great and had a nice variety. Be sure you book your room with the breakfast as you won't want to miss out on this if you are a morning person.

We did see the pool and it was nice but we didn't have time to swim much as we were only there for 3 days on this trip. The fitness center is well equipped and maintained.

Staff is great and cordial. The VIP room staff is fantastic and helped me find some things I wanted to buy but had trouble locating. They called several places until they found what I needed.

All in all, a great stay.

I stayed here for a week for a conference and thought the hotel was perfect in nearly every way imaginable. After arriving after midnight, the staff was able to quickly check me in and allow me to get up to my room. The housekeeping staff made sure to provide me with fresh bottled water each day. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The pool and the gym are very nice. I particularly enjoyed the Flavors restaurant, which had a wide selection of food available. The executive lounge was also very good. The staff was friendly and very attentive. If I go back to Bangkok, I'll try to stay here again.

The Renaissance Bangkok is a high quality hotel (and not expensive at all). The decor is modern and Thai, the staff is great, the beds and rooms are very comfortable and the facility is luxurious (and still new). The hotel is directly next to the BTS station. Couldn’t be easier, especially compared to the JW Marriott which is directly between two stations and is a bit of a walk (sometimes traffic is so bad taxis are worthless).

The club lounge is small but great. The view is nice, the food is very good and the staff is awesome. I love visiting.

On my last visit I was pleasantly surprised to hear they added a complimentary 15 minute massage for Platinum members (and my wife).

The hotel is much smaller than the JW but for a short stay, it’s very ideal. My wife prefers this hotel for obvious reasons but mostly the staff and the feel. This is my first review (of many I'm sure) on this website because I thought about rating my favorites first.

This is a fantastic hotel, by the Chit Lom sky train station. Easy access to a variety of shopping malls and the sky walk; only a few minutes from Siam Square. Room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. Breakfast was diverse and good. Gym facilities were better than most and the pool is very nice. I would definately stay here again.

The hotel is only 3 years old with modern and spacious rooms. The staff are very helpful and courteous with great hospitality. The location is within the main shopping districts and within a walking distance to most of the best shopping locations. The breakfast spread is quite big and nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel as it offers great value.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the higher floors
