“Really lovely place.”
Reviewed July 18, 2012

Nice large, well furnished rooms, with lots of lovely extra details (towels folded to look like amnimals, dressing gowns, soft linen bedding, good selection of toiletries etc etc).

Really nice staff, the girls on reception are a delight, always smiling and exteremely helpful and polite.

Quiet location with hardly any road-noise, handy if you are a light sleeper like me!

I will definately go back, its one of the nicest places I have stayed.

Room Tip: The deluxe suites are massive (at least 60sqm), but I also stayed in a deulxe studio and that was al...

I rented a deluxe suite with living room and kitchen area. More like an apartment it was huge! Probably the cleanest place I've stayed in Thailand. Free WiFi and AC in my room and free internet access on the lobby computer. Staff extremely helpful and very nice. Short cab ride to shopping. Felt VERY safe and at home here. And the price was 1800 baht. About $50 including breakfast and 2 bottles of water.
Will definetly stay here again!

Here are the pros & cons:

Pro:
Location - although not directly within the city centre, cab fare will cost you about 60-70 baht. There are lots of local eateries, 7/11 right outside the hotel so you won't really have a problem food wise. However, if you are after something like 24 hour macdonalds then you'll have to walk about 5-10 mins, or 7/11 food will suffice until the morning.

Rooms - modern & air conditioned. Flat screen TV with cable. Has a small balcony . NO WIFI INTERNET. Bathroom is clean with a very large showerhead. Typeical amenities included. Don't think there is a hairdryer though.

Service - friendly service except very limited english. Patience is required.

Cons:

Service - There is NO free WIFI. The information about the internet in the rooms is abit misleading from the website. The WIFI will cost 180baht a day. There are PCs in the lobby & you'll have to pay for the internet. NOT FREE either. Basically, if you want a hotel with free wifi, then you should try a different place.

The major issue i had with this hotel is poor drainage. I'm not sure whether management was trying to skimp on costs or it was a poor job but our bathroom had a really bad smell, coming from the drain. We had no choice but to keep the bathroom fan running all the time so it doesn't smell as bad. Thankfully, the smell is only contained within the bathroom. You do get use to it after a while, but its just very unpleasant whenever you have to go in there. At first, i thought it was just our room but its actually throughout the hotel.
