Pool is freezing!unheated pool in the shade most of the day meant we spent more time on the loungers than in the water
ensconced in a nice quiet enclave, the apartments is only 2 mins walk away from the skytrain. Rather convenient, though its on the green line and you'll have to change at the interchange. Personally, i can walk to the rajprasong malls down the road myself, bout 10 mins away.
Spent 4 nights here, spacious one bedroom apartment, with 2 balconies.nice bed great pillows,peaceful and restful sleep.
Note there was no washer / dryer in the apartment. Usually a feature in other service apartments in BKK which i take for granted. They are located separately on the pool floor.
think there were fewer cable channels than usual

The suites are beautiful and spacious. The location is close to everything. The professional staff is always at your service! I would highly recommend it. Oh and by the way, it's real close to the skytrain too.

We have been stay at this hotel several times. As frequent Bangkok visitors, we found the location is super convenient for shopping, eating, budda visit and public transportation (only 2 minute walk to BTS station). The room is spacious, tidy and clean and fully equipped with all facilities. The staffs are very helpful with lovely smile. Great rate and value for money. We will for sure come back to this hotel in our upcoming visits (in Christmas 2012).
Room tip: Get Premium Suite as possible as the room view is spectacular.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days in November. It was nothing different for what description I read on hotel site: big appartment , large rooms , nice balconies view, air conditionning , everyday cleanining, new and clean towels every day, good maintainance of the hotel. Really perfect for a short stay in Bangkok. Many thanks to NAM from reception who was always smilling in fact all the people in the hotel are very nice and try to help and smilling in spite of terible heat. There is everything you need for relaxing after a long working day: gym and lavely swimmig pool! Peatty that is placed on second floor and thus is in shadow but still is marvelous to cool down from the heat.Everything was perfect and I really think taht whenever come again in Bangkok this will be my place to stay always. Just a small suggestion for breakfast place which is a bit tight and I would preffer a better food selection for European people. Hotel is very well placed close to shopping centers and markets within foot distance of 15 min. Otherwise there is a supermarket very close to the hotel ( 5min) to provide you waht you need in case you want to prepare your dinner in the appartment. Congratulation to the hotel staff !

Currently on our last day (25.10.12) at the Anantara Baan Rajprasong Serviced Apartments and could not fault anything. This place is stylish, modern and in an excellent location. We booked through Expedia and found that it is great value for money, fantastic service and very friendly staff. If we ever come back we will definitely be staying here. 10 out of 10

One-bedroom Deluxe, 9th. floor. Front view. Serviced apartments, all suites and one of the best pools in Bangkok. Great rates and good value for money. Non smoking rooms, but allowed on balconies and in public areas outside. Soft (soft/medium/hard) beds with fabulous pillows, kitchen, two flat-TVs and luxury bathroom with access both from bedroom and living room. Two balconies in each suite. Large ottoman on one balcony and seating on the other. Clean, friendly service and quiet location. The Terrace, in/outdoor dining, is one of the best kept secrets in Bangkok. Do try the beef with foie gras or the lamb. Walking distance to supermarket and SkyTrain. True luxury apartments, with 5 star hotel service in a quiet, but central location. I love this place.
Anantara occupies the lower floors of the building, but the view is great. Unfortunately if you get rooms on the side, you will have nearby private flats close and view is limited.
