The staff was either rude or terrorized by management. We arrived at 12:30 from another hotel and we were told that check in is at two. While we appreciate that a busy hotel may not have room immediately available, the prospect of sitting in the lobby for an hour and a half was not welcome, either. So we enquired if they could give us a courtesy call on our cell once a room was ready. We were told that under no circumstances would we be let in a room before check in time, 2:00. We left and came back at 3:30. Our room was not ready. Since we had different personal schedules, we asked for a second electronic key. We were told by management that this is not possible under any circumstances. No surprise to us.

The most important thing to note is that when you come back to the room at night and engage the lights, small cockroaches scurry back into the bathroom from the bed area. We saw many, and we saw one on our luggage. Given our reception with management in the past, we took pictures and went to the front desk. The solution was to send up a man with a can of Raid. We asked to be moved to another hotel. First, they offered us an empty upgrade on another floor. When we went in the room to inspect, we found the same cockroach problem.

Stay away from the Heritage.

Room Tip: Stay away from the Heritage. Rude staff and cockroaches every where. There are many hotels in that a...

3 feet under... Even basic service is not provided. Towels are not clean... if you get towels... Bed sheets are shredded, complementary bottles of water are NOT sealed... Well the WORST experience ever!

I was being there during December, 2012. Stayed for only 2 nights. Rooms were average. next to BTS, which was a good point to stay there. Yet if you take a taxi to get back to hotel, it becomes more difficult for the taxi driver because it is not located in the main road, not good to search.

The cleaning and comfortable level of the room is above average. I was happy with it. Quite a modern and hip hotel.

I have been Thailand quite many times and mostly of the experiences were nice. Only the quality of the service sector is poor. Many service providers are service in black face and no smile. I forced myself to accept it sometimes, especially when I spent my time in a budget hotel the only thing I cared was the cleaness of the room. Yet this hotel is not cheap, according to its grading. The service of the manager and the room cleaner is good, yet the people who works in the restaurant and the reception were terrible. Thailand is a developing country-- is not an excuse for providing poor service, especially Bangkok, would be a good example overall!

The breakfast there is good. The spa is average, due to their price is relatively cheap. Don't expect too much. If you want a better one go to the standard spa places like Oasis, Devana.

Room Tip: Book in booking.com, others link I am really not sure.

We booked and paid for a king bed room non-smoking for 4 nights at this hotel through Expedia. We arrived late last night to be told that they only had a twin room available but could transfer us to a king bed room for the remaining 3 nights. When we got to the room it smelled of cigarette smoke. We asked again for a room that didn't smell of smoke only to be told that the room we were given was a non-smoking room. This morning we went to reception to ask about our promised room transfer only to be told that they know nothing about it and that our single beds would be pushed together - in the same room that stinks of cigarettes. There was no manager to speak to and the staff member said he had no more rooms. We booked our room 2 months ago! Normally I am pretty relaxed when things don't go to plan - but the manner in which the staff at this hotel have dealt with this situation is extremely frustrating. On top of that we had to call for bath towels (none in room - normally wouldn't warrant a mention but just adds to the frustration); there is water leaking on floor from airconditioner;dirty carpet and walls; a dead bird (the feathered variety) on our balcony when we arrived. We had breakfast here this morning, the selection was good and breakfast room nice - I hope they pay more attention to hygiene in the kitchen than they do to looking after their rooms and guests. We will be checking out today.

It's very hard to communicate with staffs since they can barely speak english. Good thing the afternoon receptionist is a Filipina that's why we had a smooth check in. Both rooms given to us are ok, nice and comfortable.. Buffet breakfast is good but same choices everyday. Very accessible as it is near chong nonsi bts station, however i would not recommend it for shoppers.

Hotel was very hard to find as it was tucked down a side street and no external signage with the hotel name. Location was great because it was very quiet but only 1 minutes walk to Sky Train Station.Ideally situated for my needs. I had a corner suite which was well furnished and very comfortable, however the room had full length windows which made it extremely hot inside and took a long time to cool down even with aircon on lowest setting. Biggest disappointment was that the staff were not friendly or helpful when asked questions. Breakfast buffet was very good but same choices ever day.

Room Tip: I gad a corner suite and it was very comfortable but with full length windows it was very hot very s...
