I stay for 6 night there, overall good. The facility is so mich enough, have a lot of varian of foods, and services from all crew also good. The location near chao praya river, easy to access to mall, asiatique, etc. Thank you.More
The Chatrium has a lot of amazing benefits. The location is perfect and the make it so easy to travel not only to the BTS, but now guest have the way of getting to the new ICON Siam by water taxi which is free. The rooms are amazing and we love the one bedroom suite. The front desk staff will make sure you like your room and if not accommodate you to make sure you’re happy.
The floor staff is amazing especially the two staff members attached to this review. They stop by the room every morning to ask if you would like the room service and if you late leaving they still will clean the room for you. They just are very kind and make the stay feel like you’re home. Thank you so much for the two staff for all you do not just for the guests but for us. All at this hotel always go above and beyond to make sure stay memorable.

I‘ve got updated for free from standard room to a suite.
So it was very comfortable stay.
The restaurants are very good and offer a good variance of food in very good quality.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The shuttle boat service (for free) is an easy way to come down town.
The pool and fitness center is also very nice.

Everything was excellent from the arrival till we left. We were welcomed by a very friendly staff, thé hotel has a wonderful location on the river, the rooms are very comfortable and clean and the restaurants are gorgeous.
