Beautiful views from the room of the river and sky line!

The location is a bit remote but that makes it quieter and you can easily get anywhere for quite cheap using their boat service which takes you to a water bus pier. Then use water bus (the cheap one for locals not the tourist one if you want to save money) for many of the sights on the river, or hop on the skytrain for anything in the city.

We stayed here at the beginning of our trip for a couple of nights and then came back three weeks later at the end of the trip before going to the airport the next morning. The door man/security guard recognized us and welcomed us back!

This hotel was outstanding in all ways. On arrival we were upgraded to a one-bedroom overlooking the river. The staff were excellent and we loved the location and the free water taxi shuttle to access other public boats and the train station. We travelled by boat to the Grand Palace and the reclining Buddha - far superior to car/bus travel. Highly recommend staying here.

We spent to nights at this hotel in january and it was in deed a good stay!
Good service, quick check in and check out. The rooms were very spacious, modern and clean. We had a river view from our room which of course was out of the ordinary. Breakfast was good, all you could wish for, the pool area was nice, cleaning very thorough but the best of all was the bed! After three weeks in thailand, this was heaven! The bed linen and comforter was amazing! The only thing I can complain about is the toiletteries, it really bugs me when four and five star hotels can't manage to provide conditioner! What is that? It sounds silly, I know, but still I expect this at every good hotel and more than often than not it's not provided. But in whole, it was a very good stay of course (I didn't let this little details disturb my good mood). The locations was a bit off, but if you want a hotel located by the river in bangkok you are a bit off in my opinion. The hotel provided however free boat shuttle to the BTS only five minutes away.

The hotel is new and has great rooms for the money I will say that. We had a river view balcony room which was perfect for new years night when there was a massive fireworks display. The pool is great with fantastic views as well and the breakfast was of a good standard. However, it felt very out of the way and the hotel is still not finished. The roof top restaurant that we intended to go to after reading about in our room information pack had not yet been finished and the only bar they have is a lobby bar - not very comfortable. Getting the boat shuttle adds another 20min to getting anywhere in Bangkok and the amount of times we 'just' missed the boat and saw it pulling away back to the hotel was too much to handle! There is nothing in the surrounding area so you have to get taxis everywhere if you miss the boat shuttle and especially if you want to eat out in the evening. Be sure to take the hotel card that they give you with the hotel address on it - no taxis we'd got knew where the hotel was so it comes in very handy as the address is written in Thai and English. Cant fault the service or rooms, but for me, was that bit too far out and made travelling around Bangkok that bit harder.
