Located in a lovely, Colonial-stye home on Silom Soi 19 this restaurant has parking (rare in that part of town).
I have been eating at this restaurant for many years... Excellent Esarn food but don't worry not everything is spicey. Large selection of wonderful dishes at very reasonable prices.
They never seem to be crowded so relaxed atmosphere and you are not rushed. The staff is friendly, but service can be slow, so avoid if you are in a hurry.
One of my favourite restaurants in Bangkok...
