Till 03:00 am there is a night club just close to the windows, so imagine you are there, no way to sleep. Staff impolite and they lie.
If you party till late then it is a good option for it's location and room it is clean, AC works Ok. Not coming again for sure.
Nice clean hotel on Rambutri road around the corner of Koa San road.
A bit more expensive but also better then the average hotel in that neighbour.
Small room but big enough. Nice pool with good sunbeds on the top floor.

The hotel is clean and tastefully decorated. The rooms in this hotel are compact, beautiful and clean. In the room there is a small fridge and a safe box. The service was always very friendly and the hotel felt secure. Location is pretty much perfect, because you can find everything you need within walking distance. This is essentially a hotel for the young at heart. We had no complaints. The area is lively and full of variety.
My partner and I stayed for 2 nights en route to the south. The hotel was clean, modern and felt safe. The pool was certainly an added bonus to escape from the heat! The rooms are on the small side, the photos are not particularly accurate. However perfectly adequate.
However, this is by no means a quiet area. Take earplugs! The noise from bars etc goes on until the early hours. Perfect if you are a social person. If you crave quiet then this is probably not the right hotel for you. We found that a good pair of plugs worked wonders!
To summarize. Clean, modern and convenient for nightlife and local attractions. Great for nightowls!
f you’re looking for decent budget accommodations in Bangkok - and by decent, I mean clean and easily accessible – Sleep Withinn is definitely worth checking out. It’s located in Soi Ram Buttri, just behind the infamous Khao San Road, which means that it’s in a quieter and less crowded area but is still close to most of Bangkok’s tourist spots.
A standard aircon room for two costs only $20 a night. Each room has a mini bar, hot/cold shower, and a safe for your valuables. I was a bit surprised to find free bottles of water, complimentary soap and shampoo, and towels in our room as these aren’t normally provided by budget hotels or hostels. I really like the interior design, too!
The hostel staff is also very accommodating and they speak good English – something I’ve come to appreciate after traveling for quite a while. You can easily request for a hair dryer or an electric kettle free of charge, and you can leave your luggage in their storage room for a small fee even after you check out.
The hostel also has a nice pool on the roofdeck where you can mingle with other guests. Most of the people who stay here are backpackers anyway so everyone is really friendly.
