Very Clean and well located in chinatown. The owners are very kind. I totally reccomend this place. The rooms are clean, breakfast us included, very quiet place, perfect for a cheap accommodation. Nearby you can find places for dinner, good vegan restaurant .

The place is simple but very comfy and cool. Breakfast is so yum. Our room is sooo cute. The Owner, Carlo and Julia both very nice, friendly and approachable. Tom (staff) is conversant too. Our stay was very pleasant. Will definitely recommend. ☺

The guy who owns the place is Italian and loves to help you. He gives you advice how and where to get. The breakfast is excellent and his espresso is off course a real one. He knows also a lot about where to exchange money.

We had breakfast there every morning and it was delicious! The host and hostess are very nice and they can tell you a lot about Bangkok city! I really recommend going there! It is very cozy and near to a hostel and a Airbnb apartment

This is a "backpacker" place. Approach it from that point of view and you wont be disappointed. Basic bare minimum facilities, very clean and a great breakfast to start the day.The staff are lovely too.

If you are expecting a "hotel" with usual facilities you will be badly disappointed. Difficult to contact, ( owner took the phone away with them) hard to find and spent awhile walkjng the streets to find it as they coukdnt be contacted for directions. The rooms are so small there is no room for a wardrobe to hang your clothes. I asked about some hangers and was directed to a corner store to buy some !!

Not a problem if you are a backpacker used to living out of a bag but not so good being unable to unpack a suitcase.

The bathroom was tiny and didnt smell too good. Imagine a single cubicle wc, then add a washbasin then hang a shower on the wall and you get the picture. Absolute minimum room.

Our room on the front was really noisy as its a busy soi and facing a multi storey busy car park. You know how they love to blow whistles in Thai car parks, well that started at 6am each morning. The bed was very hard and one basic pillow provided.

The room items were made out of warehouse "pallets" including the bed base and headboard on one bed. Everything done as cheaply as possible was my impression. The bedside bare bulb lights were blinding. The coat hooks also mounted on rough pallet wood provided the only space to "hang" anything. Other than that it stayed in the case. There was a fridge but they only provide water when you arrive after that you buy your own. No Tv. A kettle was provided but nothing to use it with, but I was given a tea bag when I asked about it.

Know what you are getting and make an informed decision.

I woudnt return here as it is not my thing as I expect a bit more from ^hotel" accommodation than this provided.

If you are a youngster and/or backpacking it would probably be ideal for basic needs for a stop over in a good, convenient location in Bangkok as I think that's where the majority of the good reviews here have come from that kind of user.
