The location of the hotel was perfect right in silom. Area was neat , hotel staff was very courteous.

when i went inside the room , it was having all the standard amenities safe , mini bar etc & it was really a nice view , plus the bed was really comfortable and bathroom rain shower was just perfect.

In morning breakfast was nice , staff was very cooperative, although still lacked some more indian food options, although the area boast of a lot of indian restaurants so you wont miss a thing.

But i was happy with the breakfast. Swimming pool was pretty small , spa in the hotel was nice.

Hotel was very safe & even the security staff and Travel desk was very cooperative.

I wanted to go Impact Convention center , the staff was kind enough to get me a taxi and explaining him the way in thai language and also gave me a placard which had hotel address in thai language.

Hotel is close to a lot of good international cuisine restaurants and there is a atm just next to the hotel, plus hotel has seven eleven just close by.

So next time i am coming to bangkok i am defiantly staying here.

We stayed 2 nights on the executive floor with great views of Bangkok. Check in was speedy and staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with AC on to cool the room as the outside temp was 33 c and humid. A welcome bowl of fruit was a nice surprise. There was an espresso machine in the room but only 2 pods of coffee were supplied on arrival. The next day we rang housekeeping for more coffee pods but we were informed that there were no more supplies. Breakfast was provided on the 6 th floor with a good variety of food including a chef who cooked eggs to order. The fitness centre was very good with very cardio machines. We ordered room service One night which was lovely. Overall the whole experience was excellent.

Our group got separated arriving into the airport, so we all had different check-in times after midnight. The staff is very welcoming and curteous. We also had a change of plans requiring an extra night's stay. The front desk staff told us to book online but we couldn't get the same rate. The reservations manager (at the back office) was able to extend our stay and honor the same rate we previously booked. Kudos to the staff!

As for the cons, well, you can definitely overlook the plumbing issues in room 1213. Water is leaking from the sides of the shower head. The ceiling paint is saturated and leaking water as well. Finally, this has more to do with the parent company's frequent traveller program. I booked 2 rooms, one for 4 nights and one for 5 nights. Sadly, I'm only credited for the first room of 4 nights. It's probably the worst frequent traveller program of all hotel chains.
