I have seen the one in Dubai too. But this place was really good. Had got to see a lot here and learn a lot too. They have a section, where they allowed us to touch a few creatures, this was really a treat.

We arrived as a Australian family of five 2 adults and 3 children aged 11,8 and 3. Very disappointed that the only child to be charged as a child was the three year old! As they look at the children's height as a price guide! Just another Thai way to make more money. It worked out we ended up paying around $140 for basic entry. Which made us feel ripped off as we know the locals wouldn't pay that amount! I think the Thai people need to access what is fair and what is not! Experiences like this make many people think twice about returning to a country that thinks this is ok! We have travelled to Thailand twice as a family holiday and will never return due to the change in prices and cleanliness.
However I did like the aquarium as I hope it helps educate the Thai people in regards to keeping waterways clean for future resources!

We visited here with 3 year old grandson. He thoroughly enjoyed the otter feeding and diver feeding sessions. It is run very well and staff speak English. There is plenty to see for all ages and the underwater tunnel enables you to get close the large fish. Afterwards you can have lunch or snacks in the shopping mall above. Wherever you are in Bangkok head for Siam Station on the BTS (skytrain) and it is easy to find.

The place was OK but not really worth the 900 baht they charge (Apil 2013)

Any of the live shows are all in Thai with no English
