Clean, quiet, with everything you need to spend a good night (AC, fairly good beds).
People are nice, booking was easy (by mail).
Location is very convenient (5min from Hua lomphon Train Station/metro station ; 20min walk to boats - Chao Phraya Express N°4).

We stayed 4 nights at this hostel. We didn't really know what to expect with a name like 'cosy' (too many places call themselves "best hostel in town") but it ended up overall being a good stay. First the location is really convenient, 10 min walk from hua lamphong station but on a quiet back street. Secondly the place is huge (3 storey), the decor is nice and it has plenty of room for everyone, there are at least 3 separate sink, shower and toilets at each level. Finally it is exceptionally clean. We saw the staff washing the floors and bathrooms everyday. Breakfast is not included but at least there is a kitchen with a fridge & free tea/coffee. Washing machine & dryer are also available and really cheap.

Unlike other hostels we've been to, we didn't witness a lot of interaction between the guests - maybe due to the set up? Some places have a nice vibe which encourages travellers to sit down and exchange, it wasn't the case here. Also the staff weren't the friendliest we have encountered, they were quite "cold". Check-in felt a bit like a school lesson, being given a list of things 'not' to do. We were also declined the option of leaving our bags for a night, while we went to a national park, even though we were planning to come back for another night afterwards.

Not sure if it can be called 'cosy' but it is definitely a clean and really decent place to spend the night.

Nice and clean, friendly, relaxed, silent and in the heart of Bangkok not far away from China Town and Hua Lamphong train station. The owner is a very kind and helpful. You can buy food just around the corner. There is a complete kitchen and you can do your laundry for 30 Bhat.

Room Tip: Even the dorm is goed. :-)

Would definitely recommend you stay.
Positives included a very friendly English speaking Owner and Labrador (Dumbo), who's always happy to help with directions and recommendations, she came in early before opening time to accommodate our early flight, simple clean rooms with air con, clean communal wash areas with shampoo and soap. Accommodation mets all backpackers needs- free wifi, drinking water, tea/ coffee, washing machines, kitchen and fridge area. Locations great short tuk tuk ride, just a few dollars from all touristy attractions. Short trip in a taxi from the airport.
The only small down side was the kitchen area could have done with a little clean.
Over all great choice and value. We will be staying here again.

This hostel was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating to our departure and arrival times - they waited up until 2am to let us in when we arrived, and arranged for a taxi to pick us up (again at 2 am!) when we left. So out of the norm for a hostel, and very appreciated. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. The area was indeed a little out of the way, but it was in a local neighborhood which I believe improved our overall experiences with Bangkok (and the food we ate! there were some wonderful vendors just a thirty second walk in either direction). It's also very close to the train station which made it very easy for any day trips, or if you need to find a taxi/tuk tuk.
It was a little bit of an experience to find it at 2am, down an alley, but I think the experience was worth it. My sister did not like it as much because she smokes and they don't like you to be very close to the building (they keep the windows open and don't want the wooden building to burn down); they also like it be quiet at night, but the walls were pretty thin so I understand that logic. There is 24 hour access with your key card, so it's still possible to go out at night and have a good time. I thought it was just lovely and would recommend it to anyone.

Cozy Bangkok Place is hard to find and out of the way, our taxi from the airport had to call twice to find it. It is clean, but the showers have low water pressure. The owner seems a little off her rocker and doesn't hesitate to tell you if you speak at a normal volume past 8pm. I wouldn't recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy a dinner past their closing, when she goes to her home on the fourth floor. The price is right, however don't try to have too much fun on your trip.

Very impressed with this hostel after staying in many different hotels (which were triple the price of cozy) over the past 17days this was the nicest and most comfortable in our opinion. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hostel was spotless everywhere including the lobby area, bathrooms and bedrooms. For a very busy city this is the perfect getaway from all d hustle and bustle. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Bangkok as couldn't get better value for money.
