Was in this hotel for 5 days. Although the hotel might not be in a n open area, it has easy access to Pratunam market, one of the larget whole sale mkts i Thailand. The rooms well designed and very affordable. The restaurant affords a variety of meals for Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. Above all this, u have the opportunity to get a Thai Traditional Massage in a relaxed environment, which i got. The hotel however needs some repair n hygeine work.

Had no option than to stay here for 2 nights. After travelling for 3 weeks in Thailand this was my worst experience in Thailand. This hotel should be banned by tourism department of thailand. there was no door for bathroom. Windows could not be locked. rude staff. dont stay here.

Room tip: Run away from this

My partner and I ended up in this hotel when the travel agent made a mistake. There was a cockcroach in the bathroom and when we demanded to change to another room, the reception staff laughed at us.
We paid to change to a deluxe room but the cleanliness of their rooms were way beyond acceptable level. No bottled water was available and you have to pay to get one.
The surrounding environment was noisy and we did not manage to sleep well during our stay. Bathroom fixtures were old and loose. The towel hanger gave way as we tried hanging our towels, Safety standards were poor, no non-slip mat on the bathtub, definitely not suitable for travelers with kids.
We were on a package deal and our travel agent was not helpful at all. We could have change to another hotel if given a choice.
This hotel is definitely not a good bargain and hell no will I ever step into this hotel again.
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in Bangkok!

Room tip: None of the rooms are acceptable

My room was not ready when I arrived - well after check-in time. The bed was like a sleeping on rock, the bathroom smelled bad and the only window was a frosted glass door that looked out onto the back of an aircon unit. It's pretty run down and the noisy aircon started leaking water at one point. However, it's cheap and close to the budget shopping malls and lots of street markets and food stalls.

when i arrived at the hotel, i was told that a free upgrade to the suite room will be given to me because the room i booked was unavailable. unfortunately, the room was facing a pub. the music and the crowd there were so loud i did not manage to sleep until it closed. the next day, i requested to change room and the reception helped me transfer to another room on a higher floor. to my horror, the room was not clean, the bed was in a mess and there was trash all over the floor. i went to inform the reception and was given another room. in the end, we decided to checkout of the hotel on the same night to another hotel. the reception staff was nice and tried her very best to help us but the hotel, room and surroundings made this hotel a very bad stay.

Room tip: if u must stay in this area, go to white palace hotel instead
