This hotel does the job, it was incredibly well priced with a deal from www.agoda.com. The bed was very comfortable, the place was clean and the staff who spoke English were very friendly and helpful where possible.
This is a budget hotel, with no frills or view, but if you're looking for a place to sleep for a good price it is clean and comfortable.
I would not recommend having ANY breakfast! The chips were sodden with oil and overcooked, they weren't able to cook a simple boiled egg (came out uncooked). Basically just very bad quality food in general!
It is well placed within Bangkok on Silom Road, up the road from Silom Village, and in the other direction you can reach the night markets and the famous Pat Pong. Make sure you check out Lumphini Park at the end of Silom Road. It is a haven of peace in the big bustling city and it's entertaining to watch the mass aerobics sessions at around 5.30pm and everybody stop and stand for the National Anthem at 6pm! Monitor lizards can be spotted in the lake swimming as well.More
