“The best buffet and brunch in bangkok”
Reviewed September 26, 2012

There is a massive offering of hotel buffets and weekend brunches in bangkok. Most are good - prices vary.
Having over the past 2 weeks been back to LORD JIM's at Mandarin Oriental my verdict remains that no other lunch/ brunch comes anywhere near in QUALITY of food and SERVICE.
Add the stunning river view that certainly adds beauty and elegance and there you have an unbeatable combination.
Be sure to book the restaurant is almost always booked out well in advance ( for a good reason)

“average buffet food”
Reviewed September 22, 2012 via mobile

i got invited to go try this place after my friend heard about all the positive reviews from her friends as well. i just point out a few things and note i went on saturday

1. atmoshere very high end
2. advanced reservations are required had to book 2 weeks in advance
3. buffet size has a short selection of seafood, dimsum, japanese, meats like ham, lamb, beef, salad bar and deserts
4. quality of food - average taste
5. price - 1,300 baht per person

in my opinion for the price of the buffet and reviews here dont really deem it to stand out or make it special
