Great French food at affordable prices...

Creative and well executed traditional French cuisine, served by friendly, professional staff. The option to eat outside is a must (weather permitting)

A relaxed informal and welcoming atmosphere awaits you here!

We treated ourselves to dinner here last week and it was pretty fabulous. Sitting outside in the garden, surrounded by hundreds of fairy lights...magical. The food was delicious, the service was great, lovely atmosphere. Not cheap by Thai standards (about 3000b for the meal) but worth it for a special occasion. Highly recommended.

Ate lunch at "Indigo" twice during a recent trip to Bangkok

Their set lunch is THB 380 ++ (around AUD $15), and you can either have a main meal and dessert or a main meal and an entree. Both meals were exquisite.

The location is at the end of a soi off Convent Rd. There is a prominent sign on Convent Rd, and once you commence walking down the soi you can't miss Indigo

The restaurant is inside an old house, and there are indoor or al fresco seating options. We ate indoors on both occasions, but non smokers may prefer outside dining. The dining crowd consists mainly of French expats, and a handful of well-to-do Thais.

The quiet enjoyment of our last meal was constantly interrupted by a very loud American who insisted on chain smoking and constantly speaking (seemingly at 256 decibels) on his mobile phone, but as the afternoon progressed, his voice was thankfully somewhat drowned out by the background restaurant noise. We were a little disappointed that management didn't ask him to move outside if he wanted to talk on his phone - he really was that loud

Will be returning here for a meal during my next trip to Bangkok in May

I had a really memorable dinner here with family and friends at the end of our week's holiday in Thailand. Indigo is an oasis; it's hard to believe you are a stone's throw from the madness of Silom Rd and Patpong. The garden setting is charming and all our meals were delicious and were very generous servings. Some standouts were the cheese souffle and foie gras, and the creme brulee. I found the service very attentive, anda man who I think was the owner or manager came over more than once to ask if we needed anything. Highly recommended.

My first visit (Dec 30th), we booked and got the table inside but we preferred to sit outside In the garden. We asked the manager, later we know his name 'Jean', if we can change the table. We got the table and enjoyed our evening. The food was good as well as the service.
