we stayed in this hotel between 19/11/2012 to 22/11/2012 in room no.203.we would like to highlight some of the problems we faced during our stay in your hotel.
(1)The staff working at the reception are not well versed with english and cannot communicate properly with the guests.we also found them to be very unhelpful.They also charged us 70 bahts for two minutes call at the reception for which they didnt provide us the receipt.
(2)The staff at the restaurant where buffet breakfadtwae served were very rude.They didnt provide us a cup of hot milk when asked.
(3)We were disturbed at night time due to lot of noise in the corridoor which was not taken care of by your staff when told at the reception .
(4) when we checked in, the bathroom was not cleaned properly.
In short we had a very bad experience and we will not recommend it to any of our friends.
