The Villa was wonderful. Enjoy the hot spring in private room and it was so relaxing. We took 90 mins for Twd 2000. Service was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back for more!

We got to know this villa through a famous taiwan entertainment show - Kangxi Lai Le as it was recommended by one of the artist. We booked for the private hot spring that cost us 9000 TWD for 90 mins. One of the staffs offered luggage assistance at the entrance as we checked out early from our homestay and helped us to bring it up to our room. The Receptionist could quickly recognize us when we gave out our surname as we made the reservation prior to arrival and she was very friendly. They eventually extended the 90 mins for us and we spent almost 2 hours in the room. Overall it was a great experience with with good amenities provided in the room and good ambience that worth the price!

This is the best hot spring experience I've had! Villa 32 is located about 10min walk from Xin Beidou MRT station. The entrance is quite obscure but there are signs directing you to the place, just walk towards the direction of the Valley. Me and my wife used the public pool which is separated for men and woman as you can't wear anything to use the hot springs! There are 8 small pools in each sections with varying spring waters and temperature ranging from 22 degree celsius to 42 degree celsius. You can use the pools for up to 4 hours for ~SGD70 each. There is Evian water conveniently located everywhere and cold herbal tea. They have shower facilities, a tv lounge and a dim area for you to laze or sleep on the couch. No mobile phones are allowed in the pool area so you can totally relax.

Room Tip: Did not use the private rooms

Did a lot of research on hot springs and spas in taipei and read great reviews about Villa 32.

We booked the private hot spring, public hot spring, massages on Monday 14 october 2013.

Private hot spring, 90 min. 2000 TND.. Room with free snacks water and Loccitane products. Really good experience.

Public hotsprings were the best ...8 diff indoor/outdoor springs with really good service. Free pretzel snacks, water, coffee tea, relaxation areas, shower rooms with the best products. Clean dressing rooms with unused brushes and branded perfumes/lotions.

The massage was the best i have ever had. Tried the European style massage for 90 min. My therapist Vicky was really good. Not once did i have to tell her to increase or decrease the pressure..she was perfect! Have spent more money at other 5 star facilities and dint get half the service for the price. The spa has a very modern look and the sound of water flowing everywhere with steam coming out makes the place really zen and relaxing...

I will definitely go there again and its the best value for money and more.

Public bath areas are a must do. Go after 4 pm to enjoy the sunsets from Public bath areas.

My first time to Beitou and chose Villa 32 after reading few good reviews. The walk from mrt to V32 probably takes about 10-15 mins, slightly uphill walk but pleasant scenery. And when we got there (right next to seasons hotel), it is extremely impressive! The resort-like hot spring is very nicely decorated, reminds you of spa resort in Thailand. And incredibly everyone has great smile. Just awesome service. We booked a private hot spring room for 90 mins and cost only TWD2000 for 2 pax.
The room is huge, very decent and very clean. The hot bath tub is under glass ceiling hence you get to see some sun while you are soaking. Very good feeling.
The room also comes with great amenities. Free snacks, water, bathrobe, towels and generous L'occitane products.
I'm very glad we came here cos it's so worth it. If I do come back (for sure I will), I will definitely spend a night here. 90 mins is just not enough.

I booked a private hot spring room via email, about a week before arriving in Taipei. The email responses were very prompt and friendly - arranging the session was a breeze! The private hot spring room cost TWD3000 for 90mins for two people.

As mentioned by others, the entrance to the resort is very discreet, marked only by a '32' on their white gate. But it's right next to Royal Seasons Hotel, which you certainly can not miss. After walking around Thermal Valley, there's a rocky staircase that leads you directly to the street where the resort is located. The front desk staff is very friendly and spoke great English. We were about 15mins early, so after settling the bill and having our welcome iced tea drink, they actually let us start our session early but still finish at the agreed time!

The private hot spring is quite spacious - containing a toilet room, shower room, the large bath, couch and long vanity table. The bath was already full and running when we arrived - but it was way too hot for us. Thankfully, there was a cold spring tap which allowed us to adjust the water temperature to our liking. Eventually after getting used to the temperature, we utilised the two hot spring taps which allowed the water to quickly heat up again. The blinds above the bath fully open up to reveal a huge skylight and the window shutters can also be opened to enjoy the mountain breeze and beautiful green view. Everything that we needed was provided - such as a hairdryer, shorts and towels, bathrobe, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and moisturiser (all L'Occitane brand), apples and Evian water.

We finished and went back downstairs and as we took our time chilling out on the couches in the gorgeous lobby area, making use of their free wi-fi, we were offered some more iced tea! Overall, fantastic service at a beautiful resort. I highly recommend this if you want to experience a luxurious introduction to hot springs.

Right in the heart of Beitou hot springs and next to the green sulphur valley, this exclusive haven for a most memorable experience is located. The modest entrance can be easily missed. It's a brick wall with 32 on it and is right beside Season Hotel.
Once you enter, the serene calm of this spa hotel envelopes you. The packages with the spas and meals are very reasonable.
Go for the public pools - there are a total of 8 - 4 indoors and 4 outdoors; different temperatures and different mineral content; a few for beauty and others for health.
You have to go in buck naked but it's gender specific and you get comfortable quite quickly.
You have to shower after so do bring your moisturiser if you like. There are great toiletries like shower gel, shampoo etc but no facial moisturiser.
