“A must go for art lover!”
Reviewed November 20, 2013

I have the most wonderful experience witnessing the photography works of Chang Chao Tang and bewildered with the brilliant works frm Imminent Sounds! Do check out their exhibitions website before visiting. As an art/photography/music lover, i am truly inspired by the beauty of the contemporary works.

Stop at YuanShan MRT, turn left and walk pass Taipei Expo, cross the road and you will see the museum on ur left. Enjoy!

“Fantastic Collection and Building”
Reviewed August 11, 2013 via mobile

Don't miss this extraordinary building and changing collection. This museum focuses on Taiwanese art whereas the more famous National Palace of Chinese Art. The building alone is worth teas mission price but when we went there was a major retrospective ofTaiwanese women artists. It's a short walk from a subway stop. A couple if hours is recommended to see the permanent work on display and the temporary exhibits.

“A Must See Attraction in Taipei”
Reviewed February 10, 2013

Designed specifically for installation space, modern exhibits, and contemporary work, the Taipei Fine Arts Museum has something for any art enthusiast. Typical exhibits from world renowned artists such as Ai Wei Wei, Andy Warhol, and others, keep it an attraction worth revisiting.

“Cool place”
Reviewed October 22, 2012

There was a wide array of art here that focused on many aspects of Taiwanese life through the years. I enjoyed the assortment of mediums found here, my favorite was the bicycle sculpture. This was a good way to spend a rainy day.

“its a hit or miss place”
Reviewed October 19, 2012

sometimes they have amazing exhibitions sometimes everything is under construction and the postcards in the gift shops are the only attraction, I've thought this and have heard others say the same. That being said, I went last week and the Bienniel exhibit they ave on until Jan 2013 is terrific and only 1 usd!
