For the food, it is only slightly above average, mid-tier. The usual Taiwanese fare were on offer e.g. congee (xi fan), fried omelet with pickled radish, braised/stewed pork served in steamed buns, oyster omelet
Prices are not cheap....you pay for the ambience and convenience of being able to dine in an upmarket shopping district. I have tasted better fare at more competitive prices in several other places. Having said that, there are many other more expensive restaurants in that same shopping district so if you are in the area and also looking for an affordable Taiwanese restaurant, why not check this restaurant out?
Service is also average (standard type of service you get in a Chinese restaurant)....they don't go out of their way....
