We went during winter, so there were mainly winter clothes and long sleeves tops. Abundance of clothes in stacks, most still in big plastic bags. If you are patient and enjoy sifting through the stacks of clothes, you may be able to find good buys. Some clothes are torn so do check before buying. Quality may not be good for cheap buys. I do not recommend you to bring young kids, as there are scooters and trucks driving on the streets among shoppers.

You'll be gobsmacked at the sight of all the shops and clothes! Search well however for non-china made clothing. It's definitely value for money and if you're good at haggling, you'll be able to get an entire new wardrobe for less than you'd ever imagine. Clothes range from teens to adults. Be aware however that clothing is mainly casual and some smart casual. There's jewellery as well. Altogether a great fun excursion for all involved!

Wu fen pu is a wholesale centre for all clothing...but must go on the right season. Open only around 4pm still late night..
You will see all sort of clothing n can be as cheap as S$6/- per t-shirt for very good fabric... but you must know the sizes as there is no fixing room for trying..
After Wu fen pu you should go over to raohe night market for a bite...lots of foods n also nice to for shopping as well. LOOK FOR A STALL JUST RIGHT AFTER THE ENTRANCE N SELL VERY NICE EARRINGS... i crab almost 15pairs for NT1600/- ... VERY GOOD QUALITY...
I will go back for the right season...

compare it to Singapore's bugis street, it's around 10 times bigger. we went during sunday and it was actually a day where the shop owners re-stock and some of them were only selling to whole-salers. nonetheless, it is a great place for anyone who love shopping. 70% of the stores are selling female product, 20% on men and 10% on f&b. prepare to spend the whole day there if you're into shopping!

Wu Fen Pu is famous for its choice of clothings, shoes, bags and many misc accessories.
Good quality at low prices!
Try to visit during the evening, especially after dinner time.
But do becareful of scooters, maneuvering their way around the alleys inside of Wu Fen Pu.
Overall its a must visit when in Taipei.
