“Lot's and lot's of clothes that you can't go in one day”
Reviewed March 10, 2012

Yeap, its true. I went with my wife during the evening and we can't even cover half of it. We went another day and we still can't cover the whole market. This market sell clothes at bargain bin price. They are wholesaler. Which is why it is cheaper. But I also suspect they sell only those that have minor problem. Anyway, its a great shopping experience for your wife.

“Clothings, accessories and footwear at knockdown prices!”
Reviewed February 10, 2012

How to get there:
By Metro Taipei, take Ban-nan line and get off at the Houshanpi station. Use Exit 1 to Wufenpu Commercial Zone and walk north along Zhongpo North Road to intersection of Zhongpo North Road and Yongjie Road.

What is there:
Wufenpu sells a huge variety of clothings, but mainly targeted at the 20s to 30s. The types of clothings sold are seasonal, which means warm clothing will be sold during winter and light clothing during summer. Prices are mostly affordable and the cheapest I had seen is NTD100 for 2 tops.

The shops usually open around 3pm to 4pm and most of the shops are closed on Monday.

Suggestions:
Since shops at Wufenpu open around 3pm to 4pm, you can enjoy your shopping trip and head over to Raohe Night Market for snacks or dinner later. Raohe Night Market is roughly 10 minutes to 15 minutes’ walk from Wufenpu. Songshan railway station is located between Raohe Night Market and Wufenpu.

“Great Shopping”
Reviewed December 13, 2011

This is not really a night market but more of a wholesale market for sellers. If you're travelling with a big bunch of teenagers, you're in luck! If you buy many pieces from any shop you can get a sizeable discount (as with wholesale stores). Otherwise for the regular shopper you just have plenty of variety, some cheap some not. Mostly clothes though but there's something for everyone. There are even wholesale maternity stores!

Go there with a full stomach, full wallet and a water bottle and in comfy shoes so that you really go through all the different alleys!

“Cheap clothings and footwear.. but dont go in May/June”
Reviewed May 18, 2011

Cheap clothings (NT$300), footwear (NT$400), bags etc etc .. Too many to list. You can find Korean and Japanese style of clothings there too. I would say it is a ladies' heaven!! Basically if you are looking for cheap clothing and lots & lots of choices.. you can spend the whole evening at Wu Fen Pu.

Good to go but even if you missed, you can still find similar clothings in other night markets.
