English speaking staff was very useful and helpful during check-in and check-out. The map of the surrounding area that the staff drew made it easy to see where to eat and get a massage. Each floor had its own wifi which made faster internet connections in the room. There was also water bottles and snacks provided in the room each day. Room was not tiny as other typical asian budget hotels we stayed at which we liked a lot. It did appear that the walls between rooms was a little thin as we could hear our neighbor switch on and off their room lights. Overall the hotel was not filled with loud guests so sleeping was not a problem. Hotel also offers free breakfast each day. Hotel is also very conveniently located to the MRT station and the Dongmen market in the morning is an interesting experience the asian culture. Lots of vendors with fresh live produce and foods. The original Din Tai Fung (famous dumplings restaurant) is just a short 5 minute walk away and worth trying in Taiwan. On the day we checked out the staff presented me with a small present of chocolate biscuits as they knew my birthday was coming up next week. Very nice touch and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
