We had two day stay at Seven Star.
It was a great and quick welcoming at the hotel with ease free check in.
The hotel in itself was great place to hang around for couple of hour.
The restaurant was also great.
We had asked the hotel staff to get us around chitwan national park for a day. It was well planed and managed. Mr Hakka our guide was a great person as well.
In all it was an awesome experience for us the Hotel Seven Star

Hotel Seven Star is the most beautiful hotel of all the accommodations I had in Nepal. It is new, less than one year old, opened in September 2013. The facilities are well-maintained. I like its bathroom which has a bath-tub which my 7-year old boy 'swam' in it, and my favourite the rainfall shower head. Meals are delicious. Restaurant supplies free mineral water. The hotel provides jungle safari guide who took care of our travel in Chitwan. Thanks to the staff in the reception, canteen and our guides Harka, Nathan for the great experience in Chitwan.

We stayed at Hotel Seven Star for a 1 night. The resort was very clean and modern with lovely public areas and fantastic separate apartment style buildings that housed the rooms. Visiting in May it was incredibly hot so we were delighted to see a sign for the swimming pool. Sadly this was still under construction so not ready for use. The rooms have both air con and a ceiling fan (much needed!), the only issue is the stability of the electricity supply which from time to time did just go off. Sometimes only for a few seconds but other times a little longer. Not a massive issue though. There's wifi available at the resort which wasn't very strong in our room due to the distance from reception but in the communal areas it worked really well. The service received was perfect and everyone was incredibly attentive and polite. outdoor bbq was the best part

We stayed at Hotel Seven Star for a 2 night stay after doing the Ghorepani Poonhill trek (which was amazing!). The resort was very clean and modern with lovely public areas and fantastic seperate apartment style buildings that housed the rooms.

We even had alarm calls to make sure we were up and ready for the events of the day. We had to think about nothing!

The only criticism we had was with the food. Whilst we were on our trek in the main we ate Nepalese food in the villages and it was fabulous. In the hotel they tried their best to cater for all and provided a western/eastern sort of mixture which didn't really work brilliantly and we didn't particularly enjoy it. That said, we weren't selecting from the menu as the whole stay at Hotel Seven Star was included in our package including the meals so we weren't given the option to choose.

Our guide for the national park was Harka and he was great and very knowledgeable. In his words, he's a 'jungle man'! We really enjoyed our time with him and are certain any group he is assigned to will have a great time.

The jungle walk and elephant safari were AMAZING. Our elephant 'driver' even took selfies for us on our cameras! :) Brilliant.

Just be ready for the extremely bumpy roads...

We stayed in this resort in Chitwan for two day on 25th and 26th of May and I can say this without a second thought that this was the best place we stayed in Nepal. This resort not only provides u neat and clean rooms but also the staff is excellent and highly cooperative.Narayan is an excellent guide with lot of knowledge. The efforts which he took to show the wild fauna of Chitwan are exceptional.
The kitchen staff esp.Shanker and Manu are very courteous, flexible and they take all efforts to make your stay wonderful and comfortable.Food is delicious and undoubtedly the best veg.food which we had in Nepal. The icing on the cake was the farewell at the time of departure.
I would highly recommend this for stay at Chitwan..

We stayed at Hotel Seven Star in March. From the time we were met by Narayan at the bus depot to the time we were taken by Harka and Sunil to the airport when leaving, the staff at the hotel were so friendly and dedicated in providing excellent service. We worked with Narayan on a program of activities for the time we were staying in Chitwan ensuring that we saw and did as much as possible in the time we were there. Harka ended up being our main guide while we were there and provided us with such a wonderful experience in showing us as much as he could in the few days we were there. Nothing appeared to be too much for him. He even took us to his home to meet his family! The hotel complex was nice as was the rooms. The location of the hotel was great for walking into Sauraha and down to the river to view the sunset. All the hotel staff were excellent including Sunil who was always trying to add to the positive experience. The dining room staff were fabulous. All in all, a great experience staying at Hotel Seven Star with staff that were so friendly, happy and eager to make our time there a fantastic experience.
