Take a boat on the other side of the lake and climb to stupa. It will took maybe around 45 minutes. Stupa is really nice place, worth to see it. And view from there is amazing.

Its quite a long walk from the bottom so expect around 30minutes walking..the view is wonderful from the top and you can see the whole city from there..the temple closes sharp at 6PM.

Great view once you reach the temple but the food at the cafe was a surprise. Popcorn, great pancakes and delicious, freshly made mo:mo's. Great view to enjoy a couple of beers to wash it all down with.

The Peace temple was a great place to be and its a must see when your in Pokhara. Within 3 hours you can pretty much finish the whole trip up and down. Just make sure, you head there, either in the early morning or in the late evening, as during the day the humidity might just soak you up with sweat. You take a boat all the way to the foothill and from there you start trekking all the way up. It takes close to 45min to an hour to get to the top, and the view is amazing. On a clear day you can pretty much see all of Pokhara and the mountain range as well.

Things to make note:
- If your planning to trek, better wear a good shoe
- Take enough and more water
- Do go in groups or join with others as they go by. Avoid going all alone.
- Take constant breaks during the treks and don't go to close to the edges, might slip.
- Small shops are there half way, incase you wanna buy juice or snacks
- The temple closes sharp at 6pm, so please start your journey well before the time limit.

When passing through Pokhara, one will quickly notice the beautiful temple up on the ridge overlooking the lake and city. A visit to this city is not complete without a pilgrimage to this sight. The setting, view, and magnificence of this temple will surely leave you speechless. There are flowers and prayer flags that will lead you to the temple's steps. Be sure to show respect for the local customs by walking clockwise around the stupa. Relax and unwind afterward with food or a drink at the hilltop restaurant nearby.
