I’m extremely thankful to ‘A la Soupe’!!
Fantastic restaurant, the food is always great and prepared with love and with attention to the details. It’s the kind of restaurant where you feel at home!
I’ve been around Pokhara for 3 months. Every time I come back in town from the villages were I’m working, ‘A la Soupe’ offers me a really wonderful and needy jump into European food, after so much Dal Bhat in the villages…!!!
Really good are all the soups (served with warm bread and herbs-butter), the sandwiches, the crepes, the pastas, the German sausages and all the rest…
The service is fast, and while waiting you can always exchange a chat with the friendly owner that speaks many languages.
The restaurant gives a feeling of real cleanliness.
I went there with many European friends and all appreciated a lot that restaurant, the food and the atmosphere.

Over my stay in Pokhara, I visited this place a lot. Amazing food and nice place. Take anything from the menu, there is nothing one could not like. It is pure pleasure to come to this place, I could not recommend it enough.

I really enjoyed the French food here and the lively French owner. Food is very authentically French and let's face it, a girl can not live on Dal Bhat alone. This restaurant saved me after two months in Nepal were continental food is scarce.

Really nice place with good soups and sandwiches. Wasn't too impressed with salads, but they have the best sandwiches in town! And the staff, they are lovely! Nice and chilled place.

Great European/Euro-Asian fusion restaurant, hands down my favorite in all of Lakeside for over a year since they've opened.
Big selection of unique soups, pastas cooked to perfection, best salads in town.
Some of the favorites on the menu are crepes or croque madame, gaspacho, bortsch, pork vindaloo, bruschetta, spaghetti bolognese, mushroom curry farfalle or chicken liver.
One of very few places that offers brown rice.
Kitchen is spotless and meals are consistently delicious, both of which are very unique anywhere in Nepal.
Prices are very reasonable, opening hours all day, except between 3pm-5pm, closed on Sundays.
