“The Perils of Alfresco Dining”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 8, 2013

I chose to dine on the rooftop. The breeze was cool and the view of the streetscape below was interesting. Mother nature intervened forcing diners to retreat to the level below as the rain began to fall. Choosing to sit on the narrow verandah meant a further shift closer to the wall was needed when the rain began to intrude but that was fine. The staff were quick to move the tables so dinner could resume. The food was flavoursome, the price reasonable and the fun priceless.

“The place is obviously overpriced for that kind of mediocre food”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 28, 2013

Been there twice.
For the first time had a cup of organic coffee (it was OK) and some dessert (it was good).
But the second time I was not so pleased. Their 190 rupees or so plain milkshake is just shaken milk without any ice cream or even sugar added. I asked the waiter if they cook pizza on a ready-made frozen foundation or freshly backed one—yes, baked one, he told me. Guess what—that was not true. Pizza featured hard crunchy edges, canned mushrooms and canned tomato paste. It was eatable and that's it.
Service turn out to be not that great, too—I had to ask for plates for the pizza, and the waiter had this very surprised look on his face, like why would you need them?
Tried to get some beer on a happy hour—sorry, we don't have any beer that's get cheaper on happy hours. Pfff.

“Excellent food and service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 20, 2013

Located on the main street this restaurant has a lovely ambiance. The service is excellent and very professional from the first to the last moment and the food was very good and presented beautifully. They catered for allergies well without making a big deal about it, nothing was too much trouble.

“Good place for happy hour, beer and pool”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 2, 2013

I was here twice. In both the soundtrack was the same: a random blues album, played really loud in repeat mode. Boring.

The ambient is great, low light, low tables at the back. Food is good, pizza is crispy and tasty - but you can get same kind of food with better price around. The beer was only Nrs199 in the happy hour, with popcorn! - but you must ask the waiter everytime, cause they always "forget" about the popcorn.

There's also a free pool table, thumbs up!
