I stayed at Pokhara Village Resort for 2nights and the location is excellent. The street is full of restaurants, shops, souvenir shops and more. The staff were very friendly, always said good morning. For breakfast there was 3 different types you could get (Continental, Cooked and something like an indian breakfast) I got the cooked breakfast which was potatoes, 2 fried eggs and toast with coffee or tea, and it was very nice. Would definitely stop here again

Stayed 2 nights. At all times the staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Great location in the centre of town but far enough off the road to be quiet at night. Nice and clean and well kept. Nice courtyard away from the street too. Easy walk to the lake, restaurants, cafés and shops.

The Pokhara Village Resort is an excellent place to stay. It is conveniently located to all of the shops and restaurants in Pokhara as well as lake. The service at this resort was incredible!!!! All staff members were helpful, friendly and professional, especially Keshev. When we return to Pokhara, we will definitely be staying here again.

The resort's location is very good, the lake is just a 10 mins walk away and you wont feel bored as that walk gives you the flavor of the place. bars, restaurants, barbecue, friends, family having fun, shops with souvenirs, streets dazzling with lights, relaxing mood, chilled weather, it feels great... now about the hotel-- its ok, if you are lucky to get rooms by balcony, you will enjoy the view of snowy mountain peak early in the morning. apart from that service is little poor, our room was not properly made, bed covers were not clean, we had to ask for new bed covers. water heater was not working properly. early in the morning taking a shower at ice cold water is a horrible experience.

Room Tip: take rooms at higher floor

It was unbelievable stay for 4 nights at Pokhara village Resort this month i.e. May 2013. I didn't expect that the resort would offer its best amenities in the rooms. The rooms are of modern styles, fully furnished and bathrooms well- built with comfortable items and space. All the staff seem much professionals compared to that of other hotels in the area. They are all friendly and showing a strong sense of hospitality at any time. I had even stayed in the same locality a year before but it wasn't as good as the experiences that I have this time along with my wife. The resort is on the main road but with no noise at all inside its premises and rooms. all the major tourist destinations are easily accessible from the resort. The views observed direct from the windows are superb since we could straight see the amazing tranquility of Fewa Lake and its surrounding hills on all sides.
I do not hesitate to recommend this resort to all my Nepalese fellow friends and visitors from abroad to make a fine choice to stay at this resort and experience an ambiance of the resort itself and beauty of Pokhara as well. Furthermore, you can even have a great breakfast in its dinning hall with a cost friendly package!

Thanks,

Room Tip: Rooms in the new building
