“Cozy place, relaxing!”
Reviewed July 11, 2013

I went pokhara third time and only seen this place the last time i visited. Was impressed and felt relax at view of resto. All walks of people down the street 2nd floor. I liked the corner table and seating there feels relax really. Place was nice, clean. The staff always smiling and attentive to your request. I will come back if chance to visit again pokhara.

“Best option if you're out for a late dinner (open till 10:30 p.m.)”
Reviewed June 8, 2013

Our favorite place at the moment (sorry, Chilly!). Excellent steaks, Thali sets, milkshakes, chocolate mousses, roasties, even side-salads are always fresh and crunchy (and what's more important, our daughter enjoys her food—I believe every toddler's mom knows it can be quite a challenge to feed the kid healthy food).

When we first came here we couldn't help but wonder what is wrong with this place: the food is tasty and freshly made, the bill is reasonable, service is fast, interior is nice, and even the music is great! Now we know what's wrong—it's fluffy pancakes. They had this really bitter aftertaste of baking powder :(

Otherwise, Lemon Tree is in our top 3 restaurants in Pokhara, and we going to keep exploring their menu!

“Excellence”
Reviewed June 8, 2013

Lemon Tree was the first restaurant I visited in Pokhara. The service and quality of the menu is excellent. There is a choice of seating - alfresco, inside and upstairs. The meals are generous and they will cater to special dietary needs. Relaxed, comfortable dining.

“Friendly service, yummy food”
Reviewed May 29, 2013

We ended up here on a rainy night with 5 adults and 5 kids who were all hungry, and we all left happy, sleepy and full! The drink specials were great for the adults (buy one get one free), and the milkshakes kept the kids happy. We all enjoyed our meals - the Indian selections were very nice, and the western fare was good as well. The burger was large and delicious according to my 8-year old, and the grilled chicken and rice/veggies were enjoyed by my 6 and 3 year olds. (Only thing to note - grilled chicken comes on a sizzling hot skillet - we had to ask for extra plates so that we could transfer the food for the kids to eat it without burning themselves. The staff was very accommodating to our request.) Definitely recommend this restaurant!

“Good steak!”
Reviewed May 21, 2013 via mobile

I actually thought the steak here was better than at the everest steak house! It was a nice cut and was well cooked.

Sadly, like everywhere here, it was also served on a sizzler rather than a plate so although it turned up medium rare, the hot plate meant it was well done by the time i got to the end along with some burnt vegetables and a burnt mouth.
