You can't beat the location. It is in the heart of Lake Side where all the best restaurants, bars and shops are. The rooms are not luxurious but decent with all the needs a traveler would require. The rooms at the back wing are newer and quieter. Some of the rooms have mountain and lake views. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is also free Wifi.

We stayed one night on our way out to trek and luckily arrived on a Saturday when the main road in front of the Meera was closed to traffic. The ability to stroll along without cars, motorcycles, or rickshaws was alone a great treat and we appreciated the Meera was so well-situated to that central part of Pokhara. The Meera was fine for a one night bivouac for a well-travelled group with minimal expectations. We ate dinner out and only had the minimalist breakfast at the Meera before we left. Rooms were very basic, but not without a certain charm. Staff were .... well, I can't remember if there were any staff!

Hotel Meera is in a great location and the staff was so nice. We travelled to Pokhara from Hawaii and loved the Lakeside area. The Gurkha restaruant was great for tea and breakfast in the morning. We also enjoyed the Fewa Lake Restaurant and Mike's Restaurant, both across the street on the lake. Mike's has great breakfast! I would definitely return to Hotel Meera! We were able to get wireless internet and their location is perfect. Get to Himalayan Golf Course - an incredible experience!

After the whole morning's walk from Sarangkot back to Pokhara, we needed a convenient, decent, and not too expensive place to stay for the last night in Pokhara.

Recommended by a local agent we random picked right across the street of this little hotel, we were quite surprised (maybe we didn't have much expectations) when we entered the room. Clean and with working air-conditioning!

The bed was quite comfortable. However, since our room looked right on the main road, at night we could hear pretty clearly the music from the bar across the street - a bit noisy I have to say.

The next morning we were surprised by the part of Annapurna range we could see from the window. Beautiful.

Excellent view of Himarayan mountains from a room on 2nd floor. Karaoke sounds from across the street is bit noisy till 10PM. Both breakfast and dinner was good.

Well our church went to visit the church in Nepal and Pokhara was one such place. amazing Hotel and gr8 food . Rooms were were top class and the staff very hospitable. The owners are our good frds so we received 'special treatment ' at the hotel. though my stay was for only 3 days , it was million times better than the bhaktapur guest house in kathmandu

I stay here every year. You can see Annapurna range and Lake Phewa from hotel rooms and from the roof. Several excellent restaurants are in walking distance, and the hotel itself has a good restaurant. Travel agents, book stores, mail service, cultural dance programs, rowing on the lake. It's an idyllic setting. And the hotel people at front desk, in restaurant, in housekeeping and bell captains are friendly. wonderful place.
