A very generically Western place, more or less cozy (although the toilet is not for the faint of heart), and with friendly, helpful staff. However, we came there with rumbling stomachs to bite into a juicy, succulent steak, and left very disappointed. The steak turned out chewy, gamy and tangy to the extreme, and their "moussaka" was but a lump of unpalatable veggies sprinkled with cheese that stank halfway across the restaurant. And even though the sign says "cold beer", be prepared for bottled brews costing an extra 100-150 NPR—draft beers are non-existent around these parts, apparently.
The menu was written by someone who knew and loved the catering business, but we didn't get the impression the actual dishes live up to their descriptions. Another unpleasant surprise was the VAT that isn't included in the menu—you expect the 10% service tax, but another 13% comes as a bit of a surprise, especially since you pay it on the service tax as well.

We heard good reviews and were aware of the prices going in, as after 3 weeks trekking to and from EBC we were not going to gamble with steak and were prepared to pay. The steak was more medium than rare, but it was a tasty steak, well prepared in an amazing sauce and came with very good chips, we were happy and happily parted with our cash. Steaks start at about 400rs if memory serves me right. If you are vegeterian or wish to taste some local cusine, this place will not hit the right note, its like going to a Turkish kebab joint, ordering a pizza and complaining that its not very good...

The food was good, I ordered a daal bhaat with chicken that came as a sort of de constructed version. It was tasty but I think value for money isn so great. You can eat just as good food for less in Kathmandu. Te guy next to me got a steak though and that looked pretty good so maybe that's what you should go for
