Patience and responsive
My wife and I was planning to visit Nepal during Eid Al-Fitr, however, the exact date was not announced till the last minute, we re-scheduled the visit from 8/8-12/8 to 6/8-10/8.
Secondly, we planned to visit KMT, Pokhara and Chitwan, but we found that is too rush for 5 days, so we deleted Chitwan from the trip and extend the stay in Pokhara.
Thirdly, we heard that the domestic flights in Nepal always cancel due to bad weather, to make sure we can be back to work on time, we changed the itinerary from KMT=>Nagakort=>Pokhara=>KMT to KMT=> Pokhara=> Nagakort=>KMT.
Fourthly, we are not sure about the hotel standard in Nepal, we decided to switch from 2-3 stars hotels to 4 stars hotels.
All the above changes made within few days and we have over 50 e-mails to response those changes, Nabin never complaint and just follow up our request quickly, changed the itinerary and agreed on it.
Take care of customer
Nabin prepared a local mobile phone to us which is a great idea, since we can call to him, the guide or the driver whatever we needed. The international call is very cheap, we can call home and save a lot of roaming charges.
Nabin himself flew to Pokhara with us and toured us for 2 days, however he had to take the 7 hr bus back to KMT.
We wanted to walk around the lakeside and do a bit of shopping after a day of sightseeing in Pokhara. He dropped us and back to hotel for rest. We finished dinner and shopping, walked back to the hotel. It was around 9pm, he called me and worry about us. He stopped us on the way and came to pick us up to make sure we are back to the hotel.
They are not the cheapest but their price is very competitive.
We are planning to visit Nepal again with my father and mother in law next year, Himalaya Adobe is definitely our choice.
