Trying to turn a temple into Disneyland. Shopping all around; many people dressed as holy men who then want to charge to have you take their photos. Made me doubt their authenticity. We walked all around the outside, which was not very impressive.

It is very interesting as you can see the cremations, but considering the price for the entrance, the place is almost ruined down and dirty.

An important temple for Hindu's. Full of stories and anecdotes. Great place to meditate. You can pick up some antiques at a great price near this temple if you are really good at bargaining.

Visited this temple with a group of Hindus , as a non Hindu there were parts of the temple I could not visit.
But I was able to walk round the outside areas looking at the buildings , & visit the Ashram at the back of the temple & the area where the funeral pyres are.
Everybody was friendly with many people wanting to stop & chat.
The rows of stalls selling garlands & offerings & gifts are fun to wander up & down.
Well worth a visit

The admission fee is rather high. You can walk around the outside of the Hindu Temple and observe a Hindu funerals.
