Hotel Nana has recently undertaken major maintenance work on noise reduction, among other things, which has proven to be extremely effective. We are one of the very few hotels in this area that has undertaken such measures to reduce noise in the room.
Just for your information, the newly elected Tourism body in Thamel and Nepal Police are taking strict actions to minimise and monitor noise ( from live bands, traffic, etc) in the later hours of the night in Thamel. There has been very much of an improvement on this front.
