Very nice hotel. Stayed for 4 nights. Our room was small but bed was comfortable. Great service by all guys in hotel.rooftop restaurant was great. Breakfast was nice. Dinner was good. Location is great. Value for money. Love to stay here again.

First time in Nepal and was booked in to Nepalaya by trekking agent Himalayan Recreation.
Great choice. Good location in thamel for shopping and pickup last trekking gear and eating out with a great choice of bars and restaurants all within close walking.
Hotel staff are friendly and facilities clean and tidy.

What I liked the most was their friendly staff and excellent service offered by them. The second best was the hotel location, though at the centre of busy Thamel bazaar, still very secluded and quite place to retire. The third is the roof top restaurant, which has limited menu but good breakfast. The milk coffee was perfect for the cold mornings. Disadvantages were poor water pressure in shower and poor satellite connection. Wifi connection was better in lobby and restaurant than the rooms.
