“Guaranteed good nosh!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 5, 2013

I ate here several times over three weeks. Breakfast - eggs with sourdough toast, or muesli with fresh fruit, yoghurt and honey, fresh juice and delicious coffee. All day dining - chicken in several guises. The service is great, the waiters and management superb. Their ranking is richly deserved. Veggie pakoras and fruit lassi highly recommended. It's also a good place to meet up with other travellers and interesting people.

“Informal and nice”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 29, 2013

Had lunch here on our visit to Thamel (good shopping place). Informal atmosphere and service, but the staff are polite and the food come on time. Had a nepali fare, with lots of different small dishes and the usual staple of rice. Many costumers around testify of this being a popular restaurant.

“Relatively inexpensive western fare”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 27, 2013

Not much local fare here, mostly western fare like fries, nachos, pork chop, steak.
Most expensive thing on the menu was the pork chop at 450Rs if I did not remember wrongly. The steak was 350Rs.
Rather nice ambience overall but they seemed a tad shorthanded and food took a little while to come.
