“felt a little contrived but a good experience for the uninitiated”
Reviewed April 7, 2013

6 course menu more than enough. Have to sit at low tables for 2 hours+. Ceremonial hand washing and shoes off policy. Tried interesting Nepali cuisine but generally overpriced for this country (bill came to US$58 for one including one beer). Found much better curry in another venu

“Nepalese cuisine in a unique hotel”
Reviewed March 27, 2013

There are three restaurants in Dwarika's hotel but Krishnarpan is definitely the best one. Serving Nepalese cuisine in great surroundings. While making a reservation you need to choose number of meals you wanna have (6 is a minimum, 22 is a max). Then you get the individual (with your name) menu. We had ordered 6, the dinner took more than 2 hours and we were really full! Food was great! Prices are above average (we paid 8.000 NPR = 100 USD for two) but it's definitely one of a kind experience!

“Overpriced”
Reviewed March 15, 2013 via mobile

Been with my friends for dinner. We ordered starter and mean course,....as usual artistic plates with artistic portions (=small and not so much food on it). Quality of food was good, but overpriced based on the service. Think is worthy because is inside of Dwarikas Hotel.

“Good but not amazing”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

The service was excellent and the setting was cool, but the food was good but not amazing. I may just be biased in finding Nepali food a bit bland, when compared to North Indian food.

“An enjoyable experience”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

Although initially it does feel odd sitting pretty much on the floor you do get the feeling you are experiencing true Nepalese style dinning. We opted for the 9 course menu that was more than enough. Food was great and we very much enjoyed our evening here.
