Dinner at the Nepali restaurant at Dwarika's is a great way to experience upscale Nepali food in a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very attentive and the food was delicious. Little touches like personalized menus made great souvenirs.

Wow..woww..wowwww.....you cannot resist these expresssions once you are in this extremely well kept exotic royal location. If you are a kind of traveller who dont want to explore much of the street city and the outskirts....then please just "check in" and "live it". Rooms are tastely decorated and gorgeously spacious; The Newari Thali & their momos are the best in town. Needless to mention, that the restra as well as hotel is on a higher side but quality doesnt come cheap....even if you are not planning to stay here, it will be a good idea to book yourself for a lunch or dinner here. They organises several cultural and pop events during most of the evenings and it incereases the travel essence several folds. Their bar is again nicely done up and makes it interesting with diverse drinks/snacks menu along with facility for snooker and other indoor games. you can spend hours in this bar (overseeing their pool). Thumps up for food, surrondingd and ambience.....you will feel that you have stepped back in time!! Overall a MUST VISIT!!

I never actually stayed here (too expensive), but I have been here many times to enjoy this beautiful place, a good tea and a nice sandwich. The owners have gathered old items from all over Nepal (especially wooden objects, like windows and doors) and have given them a second life in the hotel - it adds to the atmosphere! The souvenir shop is over the top expensive.

We stayed in this hotel during our stay and we enjoyed it very much: the culture of the Valley is showcased here and the service is upto the expectations. Restaurant is a fine-dining and there is a cultural show in the evening with a BBQ.
