I've just got back from my second tour in this totally captivating country, this time leading a 12 night yoga and meditation tour. Our theme was Joy and oh my did we have the most joyous time ever! Every day was an adventure and our small group of six (including our guide Sajan and driver Raj) soon became great friends sharing unforgettable memories. As well as seeing the must see sights such as Tigers Nest, festival rituals, impressive dzongs and beautiful temples we also laughed, sang and danced walking through forests, whilst driving, with celebrating school students, with students from the Blind Musician Training Centre and in a local bar. We practised yoga and meditation mainly in stunning locations such as Phobjikha valley, various mountain tops, by the side of chortens and even just on the roadside to break up longer journeys!

Our guide Sajan as well as being exceptionally knowledgeable about all things Bhutan is also a talented singer and dancer. Add an experienced competent driver who can also sing and dance and you have the perfect recipe for joyfulness in bucket loads :)
