Mr. Ram Dorji Tamang is an excellent organisator. He is very reliable, can entertaining, knows his country and his population very well and is a safe driver.
We had a very good time in Bhutan with him and for my next trip we will contact him again.

I was travelling alone through Bhutan, and Ram showed me around. He is not a Buddhist himself, but all the same, he can tell a lot about the Bhutanese culture and its religion. I was pleased to see that he knows how to deal with westerners, probably because of his previous job. He's a kind man and a good laugh.
He showed me some great temples, and I stayed in nice hotels. I've done a few lovely hikes and I was even able to mountain bike in Bhutan! It's a mountainous region, so cycling can be tough, but you'll be able to see the country at a little higher pace than walking. Just tell Ram what you like to do/see, and he'll be able to set you up with a nice itinerary :)

Hiking up to the famous Tigers NestTemple was a unique experience. The path is of medium level of difficulty (around 2 hours each way) and one does not need to be in great shape to undertake this endeavor. The scenery is spectacular and, if you are lucky, you can see some local wildlife as well. The Temple sits on a ravenous gorge with a nice waterfall adding some life to it. When you finally enter the Temple you have a deep feeling of inner peace and can not stop wondering how was it possible to build this magnificent building on that amazing place. All truly incredible.
We were guided by Ram Dorji Tamang. His candor and great interpersonal skills really made a difference. Ram is a very friendly and polite person, exactly what I was expecting from a Bhutanese national and a local tour operator. His English is excellent which really adds up to the overall experience. Make sure you book your trip to Bhutan via "Book Bhutan Tour" next time.
