We had an amazing 8 day trip through Uganda with Ngoni Safaris and would highly recommend this company.
When booking the tour - you will likely work with Sedrick who is great and very accommodating. He worked with us to find a tour that fit our needs, timing and budget. He was also very transparent about cost, inclusions and Covid requirements.
Once on our tour, we had Elias as a guide. Elias was incredibly knowledgeable about Uganda history, animals and birds. He had an answer to any question we asked and went out of his way to show us Uganda. For example, stopping on the road to buy fresh bananas and pineapples for us to taste or taking us to a local restaurant for lunch one day. We felt like we truly were able to shape our experience as we went with Elias. He was also very organized and punctual (each day he reviewed our itinerary with us, what to wear, timing, etc.)
The only issue we had was with Covid testing for our return flight. We had an afternoon flight (around 430 pm) and our Covid test results came in extremely late making us worried about missing our flight. Luckily we made it on time but I would recommend booking a later flight and ensuring you leave at least 4-5 hours to receive your test results if you use the company in Entebbe fNo

I did a 5 day trip with Ngoni to Murchison Falls and Kibale National Park. Sedrick the owner was great at being punctual to get back to any questions I had before the trip. This was an amazing experience seeing all the animals on the safari in Murchison and walking with wild chimps. My driver David was great and knew all the places to see different types of animals and knew how to cater to things I enjoyed. When we got a flat tire do to rough roads, David stayed calm and was able to get us back on the road pretty quickly. The lodges they put me up in were great too. The food at the lodges was very enjoyable and rooms were very nice. My favorite part of the experience was seeing wild chimps in Kibale but also the quick 2 minutes where we saw a leopard in Murchison Falls NP. Overall all for the price of the safari I would say Ngoni is very much worth it.

Sedrick was the one organized the tour… he was very clear about pricing, what was included, itinerary, etc. Ben Ndugwa was our tour guide for the entire 7-day adventure, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide, companion, and new friend. A speaker of English, Luganda, and Swahili, he is a proud Ugandan who knows a lot about the country, the national parks, safaris, animals, and trekking. Unfortunately, he was not able to accompany us on the actual gorilla trek, due to the high cost of permits, but he has previously experienced it so we were able to share the experience. At all stops, he was able to tell us exactly what we needed to wear or bring, and what to expect to make the most of the experience. (We met other tour groups on the way and found that they weren’t always as informed or prepared as we were.) While Uganda is a generally safe country, Ben made us feel especially safe and comfortable along the way. We plan to return to Uganda and will definitely ask Ben to be our guide. Highly recommended experience with him and Ngoni Safaris.

Ngoni Safari's Uganda Tours, picked us directly from our residence in Kampala and we headed straight on our Journey to a Three-day Safari Trip to the Murchison Falls National Park.
This Tour was well co-ordinated and planned by Sedrick, the Owner of Ngoni Safari's Uganda. He briefed us very well on all the SOP's & guidelines to be followed and also planned our journey ahead.
David, (Ngoni Staff - Our Guide) made sure we were comfortable, got to see most of the Animals in the Game Park and also gave us information about them.
We had quite an exciting moment at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and a Breathtaking view at the Top of the Murchison Falls. Not forgetting really enchanting encounters with Wildlife in their Natural Habitat inside the Game Park. The 2-3 hr Boat ride at the Bottom of the Beautiful Murchison Falls was quite captivating too. Overall it was a Very Memorable and a Remarkable experience for us. Appreciate Ngoni Team, Ranger's at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and the Guide at the Boat Tour Ride.
