I came for a 2 weeks mission in october 2012 and stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. The menu was so temptative that i tried to test everything but i could not finish! I am here again for a longer mission and i am now enjoying the new dishes that have been added to the menu.
I would definitely recommend the "maquereau ebonite" (Spanish Maquerel), the "crevettes madras", the "cote de boeuf", the "crepe a la mangue" and many other dishes that the cook will recommend depending on the season.
The (french) cook likes to talk about the way he prepared the dishes, where he found the products and why he combined such products.
He is also the manager of the hotel which is very well located if you have to work in the city center or close to the airport.
